The first article, Fight Stress and Improve Your Health published on MedsAvailable.com, states that in order to fight stress one needs to have good rest, healthy diet and regular exercise. The writer suggests people to have early sleep, eat stress-fight food and do some physical activities. The article also states the common cause of stress that is less quality of sleep. The writer of the article also focused on the effect of stress to our life such as raises of blood pressure and increase of heart rate. The second article from The Sun on 16 August 2011, In Tune with Health written by Julia Kirchner, the experts say that learning song lyrics help the elderly improve their memory and relax their mind. By singing, people may relax and can switch off from the routine of daily life. The experts agree that when someone singing, they will keep their mentally fit. By singing also, people can clear their head and helps them to overcome pain and sadness. The third article from Shape magazine, entitle Its All in Your Head written by Karina Foo, she focuses on the simple steps for an instant confidence boost, so people can avoid stress from the mind. She suggests the people to make a list of personal positive values, talents, personality traits and body part. Then, spend the time with positive friends and family whom we trust. Next, do meditate for happiness and write down what stresses you out. Lastly, learn to laugh and not to take yourself seriously.

The writer asserts the common cause of stress is less quality of sleep. The writer suggests people to have a good rest, healthy diet, and exercise regularly. I found the article is very informative and give lots of new knowledge. Although I consider myself able to handle stress, the writer gave me another solution to fight stress. I have more options to handle stress after this. For example, I didnt think about the advantages of apple that able to combat stress and fatigue. So, I will have an apple in my daily diet after this. Similarly, I didnt think about eating omelette that can help to clear my brain and improve my focus and concentration. As a student, it is compulsory to give 100% attention during class daily. The writer stressed on eating as the way to handle stress, so I need to monitor my daily diet. I will have healthy food and avoiding fast food especially. I also going to have regular exercise so I can keep my mind relax. I came to another article from The Sun, In Tune with Health written by Julia Kirchner on the way to handle stress. I found that I can handle stress by singing. By singing, I can relax my mind and keep my mentally fit. Thus, the writer of the first article suggest me to have good rest and eat healthily but Julia is differ that suggest me to sing as the way to handle stress and keep my mentally fit. So, as the conclusion, I found that stress is dangerous as it may be the reason of peoples death. The articles gave me lots of knowledge and more options to handle stress and keeping my mentally fit. I rather can have a healthy diet, quality rest or singing while I am stress.
