Shalat (Prayer)

Prayer is a duty for Muslims who have mukallaf and should be done both for mukimin or on the go. Prayer is the second pillar of Islam after the creed. Islam was founded on five joints (poles) one of which is prayer, so that anyone who establish the prayer, he founded the religion (Islam), and whoever leaves prayer, then he is undermining the religion (Islam). Praying to be erected in one day and night as much as five times, totaling 17 cycles. Prayer is required to be carried out without exception for Muslims mukallaf both are healthy or sick. In addition there is also the obligatory prayer sunnah. To limit the discussion of writing in this issue, the author discusses only the obligatory prayers relation to everyday life.

A. Definition & Understanding Prayer Fardhu / Mandatory Five Times According to the language of prayer means praying, while prayer is according to the terms of a deed and word that starts with the Takbir and ends with a greeting in accordance with the existing requisite.

B. Law, purpose and prayer Mandatory Terms Fardhu 'Ain The law of obligatory prayers five times a day is mandatory for all those who have grown up or grown-normal baligh and not crazy. D. We pray that Cancels Activities In carrying out the prayer of worship, we should pay attention to things that are able to cancel our prayers, such as: 1. Into ritual impurity / unclean both in body, clothes or location 2. Speak dirty 3. Do a lot of movement outside the prayer is not an emergency 4. Pillars of the prayer movement is not appropriate prayers and movements that are not tuma'ninah.
