* Interviewer: "What do you hate about Deathly Hallows?" Tom Felton: "The epilogue is horrible. I hated filming that.

" Interviewer: "So it was Dan's Birthday 2 months ago, what did you do for him?" Tom Felton: "I think he was out of the country. His little girlfriend made a video of all his friends sending him messages." What girlfriend? Dan has been single. Keep covering everything up. Speculations wont stop. Tom Felton: "Harry and Draco save each others lives so it's more than just a bitters school rivalry." Fan (to Rowling): "What do you think of Harry and Draco as a couple?" JK: "I didn't really think about it." Tom Felton: "Dan cried like a baby on the last day of filming." Tom Felton: "Harry is not as fun as Dan." Interviewer: "How is your relationship with Daniel Radcliffe?" Tom Felton: "We're very good friends. Before I used to love saying we couldn't stand each other, but in reality we get along great. We both love cricket and we talk about it a lot. We're very passionate about music, although our taste in music is very different. He likes more underground and punk music." Tom Felton: "I want to be a in a movie where I am the hero and Daniel is the villain. I want to save his life." The tension between Felton and Racliffe on screen is palpable, so their real-life relationship might surprise some viewers. "Me and Tom on this film have had a great time," Radcliffe says. "We've actually grown quite close on this film, as well. We really get on very, very well. That's been lovely. From what I can see, Tom has given a really, really great performance that is very in queue with what is in the script rather than what I suspect might be in the next one." Daniel Radcliffe:"The tension had been building up, and me and Tom had been stemming the flow for years, and suddenly we get to fight each other. [He says seriously] No, it was great. For me, it was brilliant. Tom has been kind of, on the basis of this film, quite under-used in the other films. And things have happened and there hasn't been so much of Malfoy. But luckily, this time around, Malfoy gets a real showing, and Tom does brilliantly in it. It was a pleasure to act alongside him. Tom Felton: "Daniel and I have been talking about it for ages, and we are excited to see what we look like 19 years later. We want to make sure that it's flattering and we don't look like 60-year-old's." Tom Felton: "Cricket had brought us together." Tom Felton: "Obviously I feel for the guy, I know he's got a very strong head on him and I know he'll sail through this one easily. It's not easy, but no one can do it better than Daniel." Tom Felton: "I read that the other day, and I was like, 'What the hell is that about? I haven't seen Dan walking around nakednot on the set anyway. The changing room is a different thingI'm joking. No, I hadn't heard anything of it. Dan hasn't mentioned it." Interviewer: "What was it like working with Daniel Radcliffe?" Tom Felton: "He's a very mischievous child. He was always causing havoc. He's on-set the most and so I think he has to keep himself entertained by doing all this stuff - borrowing people's mobile phones and setting the language to Turkish and all kinds of stuff like that. He loves it." Tom Felton: "I'm a "bad character who lives in order to 'torture' Harry" Tom Felton: "I think it's fair to say we were fairly horrific actors, I mean, Daniel and I, we cringe, I mean...we can't watch those earlier ones" Tom Felton on the sixth film: "He thinks he's going to do it, and he revels in the chance to be the chosen one, if you will. He likes to think he's equally strong-willed as Harry, and whatever Harry can do, he can do better. But deep down, he knows he can't do it. There's a real conflict of emotions." Tom Felton: "Daniel loves it in the makeup room.He thumps it out we're talking 6 in the morning some '60s ska/punk band. It's like, 'All right, man!' He loves it." Tom Felton: "Daniel [Radcliffe] is the figurehead of the series, so when we see him battered and abused and scarred [while in character] on set, you get all emotional." Interviewer: "In J.K. Rowling's final scene, we seen Draco and Harry as adults, almost nodding to each other at the train station. What do you think happened to Draco in the meantime?" Tom Felton: "It's all beautifully left to interpretation, isn't it? I really hadn't given it too much thought, but

one thing I got from that final scene is that there is that recognition moment between Harry and Draco as they put their kids on the train, and it's a very real moment, and very touching. I can only hope the filmmakers actually use us on the day they shoot that [scene, and not older actors]. I like to think that Draco has slightly separated himself from his family and his kid isn't as annoying as he was as a kid." Tom Felton on Deathly Hallow: "We have shot some really interesting stuff with me and Daniel me saving him and him saving me. For once, we're not just bickering!" Tom Felton: At one point you know we kinda kiss each other" Tom Felton: "Most HP fans prefer to see Dan and I as a couple. Wait, that's not what I meant, can I say it again?" Announcer: "You are still live" and Tom, "Well, I guess that's out there now." Tom Felton: "There is a bit at Malfoy Manor where I go right up to Dan's face, I could have sworn we were gonna kiss because we are only an inch away." Tom Felton: "Yates made Dan and I struggle at Malfoy Manor." Tom Felton: "For all I know, Harry and Draco could get together." Tom Felton: "Harry and Draco have a very weird love/hate relationship." Daniel Radcliffe: "I love to hang around Tom because he is handsome." Interviewer: "Where would you rather be now, at this very moment?" Daniel Radcliffe: "With Tom." Tom Felton: "We're not enemies, we love each other really." Tom Felton: "I would love to do a Brokeback Mountain style movie with Dan." Tom Felton: "The nod Draco gives Harry during the epilogue is a sweet and real moment." Tom Felton: "I can't wait to see how Dan and I will look when we are older." Tom Felton: "Dan and I love being physical with each other." Tom Felton: "Me and Daniel had a wand fight in the bathroom. God it sounds wrong." Interviewer: "Daniel and Tom, your characters have had conflicts in past "Harry Potter" movies, so what was it like doing your first really big fight scene together? Was it hard for you since you two are friends in real life?" Tom Felton: "Not at all. [There was] a lot of tension over the years, and it had to come out somewhere." Tom Felton Daniel Radcliffe: "It had been building up, and me and Tom had been stemming the flow for years, and suddenly we get to fight each other. [He says seriously] No, it was great. For me, it was brilliant. Tom has been kind of, on the basis of this film, quite under-used in the other films. And things have happened and there hasnt been so much of Malfoy. But luckily, this time around, Malfoy gets a real showing, and Tom does brilliantly in it. It was a pleasure to act alongside him." Interviewer: "Daniel, do you think your interest in girls is more intense for you than for Harry Potter?" Daniel Radcliffe: "Possibly. I dont know. I dont think so, to be honest. Im not sure. If girls like me, thats fantastic. Well have to wait and see. I go to Japan and they all scream and go mad, and that happens all over the world. But thats a different type of me. Thats the me thats on red carpets and stuff. Thats who a lot of people seem to be attracted to or fancy and stuff. But the me who sits in a dark room for eight hours watching [TV] with a big bowl of pasta, in my socks underwear, isnt nearly as appealing to women." Tom Felton: "Beautifully answered!" Tom Felton: "I had long talks with director David Yates about the best way to approach the good/evil duality within Draco, and the payoff has been a couple thrilling on-camera confrontations with Radcliffe." Sixth film: Daniel Radcliffe: "I think for Tom to come in on this film having, if we're honest, not been asked to do a great deal in the last years, to come in and give the performance that you give in the sixth one is remarkable and fantastic." Tom Felton: "You are too kind, sir, Thank You." Tom Felton: "When were not trying to kill each other with spells, we just sit in in Daniels dressing room watching cricket games on television." Interviewer: "Who would you rather be stuck in a lift with Rupert or Daniel?" Tom Felton: "That's impossible the question maybe because either one.uhhhh I'd probably go with Daniel I know because we do we do a lot of hours away talking nonsense anyway so it probably wouldn't feel so so so maddening." Tom Felton: "Although he has a group of five core friends from school ('They don't talk about my job and I

don't talk about theirs'), he remains incredibly close to his on-screen rival Daniel Radcliffe. Having origina...lly read for the role of Harry Potter himself, Tom eulogises about the fact that he could not have lost the role to anyone better. "He is an endless inspiration to me,' he says of his friend. 'Professionally, he is a phenomenal actor and he doesn't take anything as a given. In between films he is doing acting classes, anything he can to improve himself. He is exceptionally polite, terrifically good with names and he hates people who are rude. 'But more than anything else he is exceptionally passionate. I can be on set for two weeks and be bored of going over the same scenes. He will have been there nearly two months solid and still be over the moon about filming the next day. He is so passionate about the film and the franchise that he will be on set even on the days he is not needed. 'People think there must be jealousy but there honestly isn't, because no one could touch the part that he plays; not just for the acting but all the other stuff he has to deal with. He has been working almost solidly for ten years but it is his passion and he absolutely loves it." Tom Felton: "One of my favorite ones from the early days was the dueling scene when [Harry and Draco] were up on the table from 'The Chamber of Secrets,' " Felton recalled. "I think that was a lot of fun, doing our own stunts at 13 or 14. That was pretty exciting. Tom Felton: "And of course the last one we did, 'The Half-Blood Prince' was just so much fun as a whole project. The fight in the bathroom was a lot of fun as well. They rigged the whole bathroom up, and we tore it to pieces within two days," he said. "That was exciting." Interviewer: "Would you mind engaging intimately with Dan on screen?" Tom Felton: "I wouldn't mind." Interviewer: "You just had a recent cricket match with Slytherin and Gryffindor -- and Slytherin won!" "Thank you, I'm glad you brought that up. We didn't actually win, we smashed them. For those of you not familiar with this, we do a Gryffindor/Slytherin cricket match every year, and last year my team lost. Dan takes it very seriously - very, very seriously. So this year I thought, "I'm going to get back at him." And we literally wiped the floor with his team. So yeah, very happy about that. Until next year." -Tom Felton Interviewer:"What was your favorite scene that you filmed for Deathly Hallows?" "probably the Malfoy Manor stuff, actually, as well as the Room of Requirement. We did some great stuff with setting that place on fire and running around. It was very, very exciting." -Tom Felton Interviewer:"If J.K. Rowling wrote another Harry Potter book, what would you like to see happen to your character?" "He could switch up, big time. Just go over to the Gryffindors and join in." -Tom Felton Interviewer: "Was there anything in these [last] two films that was particularly challenging?" "As an actor-wise, the hard thing is between Daniel and I. There's a bit in Malfoy Manor where I get right up to his face. We were cracking up. There was one point we're, "Are we going to kiss each other?" We were having a lot of fun with that, to be fair. That's the only issue we have, is too much fun." -Tom Felton Interviewer: "Have you and Dan Radcliffe talked about doing any other projects together?" "We've joked and said that the next thing we do, he's going to be the villain and I'm going to be the good guy. Unless that somehow presents itself, I don't really know. But we've had a lot of fun over the years, so fingers crossed." -Tom Felton "The risk he's taking by not actually giving Harry up is huge. They kind of save each other's lives a few times. There's no Harry and Draco hug at the end of it, but there's a nice look on the platform at 9 at the end when we're matured. There's a lovely little moment where we kind of say ... we say what's unsaid, with a glance. That was a very cool moment." -Tom Felton Interviewer: "Draco has quite an interesting arc in the story. He doesn't immediately turn in Harry." "believe that a lot has been left to our interpretation, really, of how we want to perceive it.David Yates had a very clear idea, but equally he shot a few different versions to see which one they'd prefer. I think basically they've gone along the lines of he wants to help, he doesn't know that he wants to help, he just has the urge to try and do something." -Tom Felton "I want to play a gay role" -Daniel Radcliffe

Dan (to Tom) "Cut your hair" Aggers: "Lots of people saying, Tom, I know you don't like your hair very much, but apparently, you look very much like Stuart Broad." Dan: *loses it in hysterics* HA HA!! Tom: "Oh, don't!" Dan: "That's what your girlfriend calls you!" Tom: "I know! The weird thing about this, is that I went to a party, I don't know where it was, 'cause it was a few months ago, in which I met Stuart Broad." Dan: "Did you?" Tom: "Yeah! And all their team came up to me and said, "PLEASE take a photo with Stuart, because we take the mickey out of him and call him Malfoy!" Dan: *laughs* Tom: "So it's not just on my half..." Aggers: "Is that his nickname?" Tom: "Apparently so! Apparently..." Dan: "Even if it's not, we should start it." Tom: "Let's start it, yeah.." Dan: "And now Malfoy's coming in to bowl" Tom: "Malfoy's coming in to bowl"... I'd be honoured!" Tom: [Jade] knows the players, she know Broad very well, and she knows everyone else... so it's great! Nice to bring someone else along." Dan: "She knows Broad very well just cause, you look like him." Tom [slightly exasperatedly]: "Yes, thank you, Daniel." [Indistinguishable] Tom: "Only he's like, three foot-taller. When we had a photo together, I looked... physically abnormal next to him." Dan: "Yeah." Tom: "He is huge." Dan: "Well, you've got a good three inches on me, Tom." Tom: "Well, let's not go there..." Dan: "Listen, I really do see parallels between cricket and acting." Tom: "You mention this all the time on set..". Dan: I know, I know... Tom: "ALL THE TIME!" Dan: "I know, I'm dull." Dan: "I used to have a naked sculpture of me in the living room." Toms reaction about Dan being naked in Deathly Hallows: "I am going to have a little talk with him." -Tom Felton
