JOB SCOPE Chief Executive Officer Role : The CEO is responsible for the success or failure of the company. Operations, marketing, strategy, financing, creation of company culture, human resources, hiring, firing, compliance with safety regulations, sales, PR, etc.it all falls on the CEOs shoulders.

CEOs main duty is to set up a clear strategy and vision. The CEOs duty is building culture. Work gets done through people, and people are profoundly affected by culture.

Deputy Chief Executive Officer Role : Play a key leadership role in shaping the organizations corporate and strategic directions. Ensuring our company meets its corporate governance obligations Developing strategic connections and productive relationships with key external stakeholders and building internal capability, including a high performance culture focused on excellent customer service, ongoing learning and continuous improvement. The Deputy CEO will work closely with the CEO and other members of the Executive team in the strategic management of Global Smart Consultant Company.

General Manager Role : Responsible for the overall management of the staff, finances, projects and initiatives to improve process for a company. Responsible for employing and managing staff. Provide direction to individual staff members and explain how individual roles are critical to the overall performance. Ensure individuals are focused on achieving team goals and take action when performance standards are not being met. Planning budget and managing cost control. Strategic and tactical planning.

Assistance GM Role : Act as general manager when that person is not available and assure that everything runs according to the direction of the board of directors and general manager. Ensuring the projected goals and objectives of the company are met or exceeds. Overseeing every department head or department manager. Ensure that a budget is filled for approval from upper management and the boards of directors.

Secretary Role :

the most basic level, the individual who keeps the official records and minutes of the corporation. serves as a focal point for communication with and between the board of directors, senior management and the company's shareholders, and who has a key role in the administration of the Board and critical corporate matters.

to ensure that Board members have the proper advice and resources for discharging their fiduciary duties to shareholders under state law. provides advice on corporate governance issues, particularly related to the re-election of directors and other shareholder action taken at Annual Meetings.

Finance and Sale Department Role : Responsible for maintaining financial, accounting, administrative and personnel services in order to meet legislative requirements and support municipal operations. Responsible for the sales planning and controlling the organizational asset. Reports to the General Manager and responsible for preparing financial statements, maintaining cash controls, preparing the payroll and personnel administration, purchasing, maintaining accounts payable and managing office operations.

Meanwhile, Sales Executives sell the companys goods and services. Their role is to approach potential customers with the aim of winning new business. Sales executives are also responsible for making repeat sales to the employers existing customers.

Planning and Investment Department Role : Helping the company to perform the function of state management in planning and investment sectors including advising on master planning, programing, socio-economic development planning; organizing the implementation, recommendations, suggestions on the mechanism and policies of socio-economic management; domestic, foreign investment management in the province, ODA fund management, procurement management, business registration within the locality; managing the issues relating to enterprises, collective economies, private sector; provision of public services under its competence in state administration in accordance with the law .

Corporate & Services Deparment Role : Creating and implementing the marketing tactics in relation to the public relation plans, Advertising campaigns and media relations so as to support the business objectives. Manage various communications tools to maximize brand awareness Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, Concerns and requests about products and services. Manage administration Communicate and coordinate with internal departments Follow up on customer interactions.

Research & Development Department Role : Design, plan and implement research and development company. Give or obtain expert advice on research to or from any authorized agency. Presenting and disseminating research results. Ensure that at least two report of research finish up each unit.

Human Resource Department Role : Responsible for full spectrum of the Human Resource functions including training and development, compensation and benefits, employees relations and industrial relations. Lead, drive and motivate an effective HR team in all areas of the HR function. Review, formulate and implement HR strategies, objectives and policies and procedures to be in line with the companys operations.

Responsible for investigating any performance or behavioral breaches by the employees and pursue actions and recommend improvements, as well as handling Domestic Inquiry sessions where needed.

Liaise with all relevant government agencies in the matters of HR. To carry out such duties as the Company may from time to time direct

Logistic Role : Organize the storage and distribution of goods, which often involves using complex IT and telecommunications systems. The role may involve transportation, stock control, warehousing and ensuring structures are in place to monitor the flow of goods and materials. The roles are:
1) Analyze data to monitor performance and plan improvements and demand

2) developing business by gaining new contracts, analyzing logistical problems and producing

new solutions. 3) implementing health and safety procedures 4) motivating other members of the team
5) Use specialist knowledge, such as mechanical-handling systems, to provide consultancy

services.

Creative & Technology Role : 1) access to sophisticated tools for rich media content creation, interactive content, sharing of ideas, discussion and distribution. 2) Identifies key competitors as well as key employees to assist with key business decisions.
