ANY COMMERCIAL OR PROFESSIONAL USE OF THE SOFTWARE CONSTITUTES A MATERIAL BREACH OF THIS AGREEMENT. 1. LICENSE GRANT. PolySoft Solutions hereby grants to you as an individual a non -exclusive and non-transferable license to use the SOFTWARE free of charge on as many computers as you wish. 2. RESTRICTIONS. The freeware version of the SOFTWARE may be used only by privat e home users. The SOFTWARE may not be used for commercial or professional purpos es. You may not sell, rent or lease the SOFTWARE. You agree not to modify, adapt , translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to di scover the source code of the SOFTWARE. 3. OWNERSHIP. PolySoft Solutions reserves all rights not expressly granted by th is AGREEMENT. All copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights to the SOFTWARE are owned by PolySoft Solutions. The SOFTWARE is protected by Un ited States and foreign copyright laws, international treaties and other applica ble laws. 4. TECHNICAL SUPPORT. PolySoft Solutions provides NO technical support for the f reeware version of the SOFTWARE. 5. DISTRIBUTION. You may freely distribute the SOFTWARE, so long as the restrict ions noted above are met. 6. NO WARRANTY. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS". POLYSOFT SOLUTIONS DISCLAIMS A LL WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THE SOFTWARE, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDIN G BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PA RTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
