The Principals, All the Affiliated colleges (in the discipline of M.Ed) University of Sargodha Subject: REVISED ADMISSION SCHEDULE FOR M.ED CLASSES FOR AFFILIATED COLLEGES (SESSION 2011-2012)

The Vice-Chancellor has been pleased to approve the following Revised Admission Schedule and Schedule of Registration Return for M.Ed classes:(A) i) ADMISSION SCHEDULE Date of commencement of admissions 01-12-2011 31-01-2012 01-02-2012

ii) Date for closing of admissions iii) Last date for deposit of university dues in the university account (B) i) LATE ADMISSION SCHEDULE:Dates for admission with late fee @ Rs.400/- per student (Payable to the University) Last dates for deposit of university dues ii) Dates for admission with late fee @ Rs.500/- per student to avoid real hardship cases (Payable to the University) with the permission of the Vice-Chancellor. Last dates for deposit of university dues (C) UNIVERSITY DUES:-

01-02-2012 to 15-02-2012 (Both days inclusive) 16-02-2012 16-02-2012 to 29-02-2012 (Both days inclusive)

The Registration/Enrollment/Sports fee shall be charged at the following rates from the colleges for this session 2011-2012 alongwith Registration Return:Registration fee: Sports fee: Enrollment fee: Other Dues: Rs. 1300/- per student (Payable only once & non-refundable) Rs.100 per student Rs.450 per student As notified separately for each college.

As per the decision of the Syndicate University of Sargodha made in its meeting held on 08-07-2010, following amounts shall be charged from the received income of the private affiliated colleges as university share:i) Note:i) ii) No admission shall be accepted after 01-03-2012. Moreover, admission of candidates with compartments and supplementary exam in the same academic year is not allowed. The NOCs of the students graduated from other universities and proper service certificates of the students who are in Govt. / Semi Govt. / Registered Private Department Servant shall be submitted for relaxation in upper age limit, within one month of last date of admission, failing which the admission / registration shall be cancelled. The university dues regarding Registration Return must be deposited in HBL university of Sargodha Account No.04237900379501 on or before the due date of each category, failing which the next category will be implemented. In case of last category, registration return will not be accepted if the dues are not deposited on due date. M.Ed Rs.2000/- per student per annum

REGISTRATION RETURN SCHEDULE:i. The Return should be submitted on new proforma provided by the Registration Branch, University of Sargodha. ii. All the columns of the Return should be carefully filled in and the incomplete Registration return shall not be accepted. iii. The return of already registered students of the UOS may be submitted separately as last page of the registration return proforma. iv. The Registration Return (the list of the admitted students on the prescribed proforma along with deposit slips of Registration / Enrollment / Sports fee and University Share, shall be submitted within 14 days from the last date of admission of each category. v. After 14 days from the last date of admission in each category, the Registration Return shall be submitted with fine at the following rates:a) After 14 days from the last date of admission in each category @ Rs.100/- per student. b) After 30 days from the last date of admission in each category @ Rs.300/- per student. c) After 45 days from the last date of admission in each category @ Rs.500/- per student. vi. After the expiry of 60 days from the last date of admission, Registration Return from any of the affiliated colleges shall not be accepted in any case. vii. 20% surcharge per month will be received on arrears of the Registration / Enrollment / Sports fees and University Share.

viii. For admission under category late admission with the permission of Vice-Chancellor, late admission forms shall be provided by the Registration Branch @ Rs.25 per form, which shall be collected by the Institutions concerned after deposit of prescribed fee. .
