1. Business Requirements
1.1Background A webinar is used for interactive and virtual seminars, conferences, meetings, training sessions and new employee orientations. A webinar is conducted by utilizing an on-line software platform that enables viewers to participate via a computer or telephone. Webinars are becoming more popular due to the convenience that they offer to employers and students. Since more employers are hiring remote workers, a webinar allows the employer to train multiple agents at once. Also Webinars make it possible for students to attend lectures and seminars across the globe. Most of the times it is difficult to track the webinars and nearly impossible to attend them
1.2BusinessOpportunity IWebinar is the iphone application of its own kind. Webinars are held across the globe and difference in time zone cause difficulty in attending them. There is potential need of an application which will notify the customers about webinar schedule. If user is unable to attend it, there should an easy mechanism to record the webinar for future use. Attending webinar via iphone is a unique idea providing ease of attending and recording. Existing applications in the market are not providing comprehensive solution for the problems of availability and reliability. Iwebinar is the iphone application which will make possible the users to successfully keep track of the webinars by notifying the customer, easy attending of webinars, high quality sound and facility of recording webinar.

S.C2: Improved rating by 20% after each month of initial release and by 30% after final release. 1.4 Customer or market needs Existing products are not offering the facility to attend webinars on iphone. Iwebinar offers attendees the flexibility to attend meetings and webinars directly from an iPhone. The free Iwebinar application enables iPhone attendees to view online meeting content shared by a webinar organizer.
1.5Business Risks RI-1 the webinar organizers may want to re-negotiate their contract for the new equipment required for broadcasting webinar. (Probability= 0.6; Impact =3) RI-2 Failure of network may cause suspension of services affecting availability requirement. (Probability =0.5; Impact=5) RI-3 inappropriate advertisement of application may lead the users unaware of application features. (Probability=0.2; Impact=3)
2.3 Assumption and Dependencies A1. Application will be depending on the schedule information provided by webinar arrangement organizations. A2. Only registered users for a webinar will be able to attend a particular webinar A3. Once the application is installed there is no charge for attending meetings or webinars. However, users are responsible for any long-distance charges associated with dialing in to sessions by phone. There are no long-distance charges for using audio over iPhone built-in microphone & speakers (VoIP). D1. Automatic connection of user is dependant if the organizer provides both microphone and speakers (VoIP) and conference call numbers. D2. The audio quality on your iPhone depends on the quality and bandwidth available on the WiFi or 3G network that you're connected to.
All meetings are fully secured with end-to-end 128-bit AES encryption. 3.2 Scope of subsequent releases Subsequent releases of the application will support features like
1. Chat with everyone in the meeting, with only organizers or with individual attendees.
2. Switch between portrait and landscape mode. 3. Joining a webinar as panelist. 4. Drawing tools, presenter controls, keyboard and mouse controls and starting or scheduling sessions. 3.3 Limitations and Exceptions
