Get Ready Make sure your interview attire is neat, tidy and appropriate for the type of firm you are interviewing with. Include a pen and paper for note taking. Be On Time Be on time for the interview. On time means five to ten minutes early. If need be, take some time to drive to the office ahead of time so you know exactly where you are going and how long it will take to get there. Stay Calm During the job interview try to relax, stay as calm possible and show confidence. Take a moment to regroup. Maintain eye contact with the interviewer. Show What You Know Give full and complete answer with confidence. Never try to justify your answer specially if you are wrong. Say clearly if don't know anything

Do you have any questions! Almost every interviewer asks whether you have any questions. So think of a couple of questions in advance to be asked at the end of the interview. At AFF 2nd interview the partner asked me the same question and I said that I dont have any question. He asked me the same question thrice. Third time I asked whether I will be inducted or not. In reply to my question he said this is my decision not a question so ask some other question and I said no questions. Then he asked me to go outside and think at least a couple of questions and said that I will call you again and then consider your file. When he called me again I asked him about the number of partners in AFF and about monetary policy. Finally he inducted me.
