Data Analysis
The data of customers was collected of roughly three income groups. The upper income group, middle income group and lower income group. The upper income group salary was taken above Rs.50000/- per month. The middle income group salary was between Rs.30000/- to Rs50000/per month. While income below Rs.30, 000/- was treated as lower income group. From the data collected it seems that out of the higher income group three persons whose interviews were taken. Out of which two of them never used Samsung television . The basic reason could be that they are not bothered about the costs escalation of electricity due to use of old convention TVs. This income group is therefore least bothered even of environment problem. At the same time I must mention here that the Government may not have been so effective in its propaganda for saving of electricity and environmental degradation. Either the Government has not percolated these ideas in higher income group or the higher income group people are least bothered.

Critical Evaluation
People should buy a product with more energy saving rating so that it saves electricity. Customers dont mind spending more for more ratings as its saves electricity. Customer tendency is to buy a product with more ratings but in lesser price. Customer many a time gets influenced by the brand name and image. Customer has a tendency to buy lesser price products. Customers are shifting from slim TV to LCDs or LEDs.

ASSUMPTION AND LIMITATION

The entire study is based on data of fixed income group. There are daily wage earners, businessmen, big government offices, industries whose views are not taken. Some of the views given by the customers may be casual. This
