Home Page

This is not exactly the look, it will be lot of Hebrew lettering since its a Hebrew site, but you can see the idea. Basically, i will have categories, like flyers, cards etc. The names of the categories will be in Hebrew. The name Idesign, is just an example, it will NOT be called so.

Category 1

When you go into 1 category you will see a bunch of ready designs, which i prepared in the Admin area, each deaign will cost diffreantly, & the user will then choose 1 design to customize.

By choosing a design, the user will get to the design page

4. 3 editing buttons. when you press 1 of them the option for that button will appear in the bottom, (fig. 6) 5. Basic option which is always relevant, like: save, undo/redo, zoom in/out, copy/paste, delete.

Basic toolbar options

All the options in this box should be available to do with the regular keyboard shortcuts: CTR+S for save, CTR+Z for undo, CTR+Y redo, CTR + zoom in, CTR - zoom out, CTR +C copy, CTR+V paste, & the DELETE button to delete When you go over the button with the mouse you should see a yellow pop-up with the shurtcut. In order to save a design, you will need to create an account, with providing email address & password.

To add new text, you just click the new text button, a ready text box will appear with words type here, by beginning to type the words type here will no more appear. We got to be sure that Hebrew language is working properly with Hebrew fonts! Then you have the options to chance font, font size, align text to left right & center, Bold, & italic.

How to edit existing text

To edit existing text you just double click on it, and you got that blinking line (|) on the place you double click, plus the box around that paragraph, so you can just type in any text.

By pressing new clip art you will see a list of clip arts, & images which i added in the admin area. Please be advised: For each ready design template i want to make available other clip arts, it will NOT be the same clip arts in all the templates!

Outline slider, to make bigger and smaller the outline. Opacity slider, to high and low the opacity (transparency) When the transparency is low, make sure that all effects are also low, like shadow, outline etc. Shadow slider, to make bigger and smaller the shadow. Important note about shadow: There will not be any shadow setting, all shadows will go on the bottom of the object/ text, to the right side. Like attached picture.

Side: Some templates (like invitations etc.) will provide 2 sided template. (setting will be in the admin area). Disable this option on 1 side template. Design size Will be different from template to template, again, setting is in the admin area.

Bottom of work area

Fitting on 8.5x11 Im only support 8.5x11 size! but you can duplicate the design ,multiple times on a 8.5x11, depends on the template size. I wanna be able to edit this duplications setting in the admin area. Sometimes, like by labels, i will have to follow some standard templates, for example:

So I must have the ability in the admin area to play around, & set exactly where & how the design should be placed on the 8.5x11 - which will effect the settings here on the fitting setting, on the website.

On the design display, it should have a watermark of my company name, (i will upload in the admin area), not too many times, & not to dark, but enough to not allowing print screen use. These watermarks should also be, & much stronger, on the preview download PDF. Also, the preview download PDF should be very low ress, just enough to see the page layout.

Sometimes i want to add my company info nicely on the design, customer should NOT be able to remove it. So i want to have the option in the admin area to lock specific objects it should be unremovable, + lock its arrangement, it should ALWAYS be in the front, + lock its position, costumer should be able to move around this objects only till the margins (see above, align area). Admin area

I am not clear with the look of the admin area, but basically i want to have the same design abilities as mentioned above, + much more option which you can part of them in the above pages. Please go over all the above pages and see where i mentioned admin area. Please make the admin area as much flexible, i should eventually be able to remove or add options. I would say that most of the design abilities should be removable and editable. Also make available the options to change the text of all the buttons, to be able to change it to other language, other text etc.

I want from you the open files, by all the definitions of open (fla. files, etc.). I should eventually be able to go to any flash web designer to edit it the easiest way.
