OVERVIEW
Toshiba America Information Systems, Inc. (TAIS) announces a “Reseller” sales representative SPIF program for
eligible Toshiba projector products. Reseller sales representatives are eligible to receive up to a $200 SPIF for each
eligible projector sold from October 1, 2008 to March 31, 2009.

ELIGIBILITY
Reseller account must (1) buy Toshiba projectors direct from Toshiba or from an authorized Toshiba distributor (2) sell
any of the ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS during the promotion period from October 1, 2008 to March 31, 2009, and (3)
claim SPIF using the specific procedures defined below. All sales must be to an end-user to qualify.

CLAIMING SPIF’s
1. With approval from your management, reseller sales representative claim their SPIF by enrolling in the SPIF
program and completing the Toshiba Projector SPIF claim form on-line at www.toshibapremierrewards.com.
Sales representative then prints out the Confirmation Claim Form. Confirmation Claim Form must be emailed to
toshibapremierrewards@mtcperformance.com, faxed to (847) 303-0397, or mailed to the address below, along
with a clean, clear copy of the end-user invoice. End-user invoice must be dated from October 1, 2008 to March
31, 2009 to qualify.

2. Submit claim form along with End-User invoice (end-user information must be clearly stated to qualify) on or
before May 4, 2009 using one of the methods above. Your SPIF Reward dollars will be paid directly to the
reseller sales representative.

GENERAL
Eligible participants: To qualify for this SPIF, reseller sales representative must be a legal U.S. resident 18 years of age or older.
Toshiba distributors, mail-order accounts, Pro-AV resellers and employees of TAIS are ineligible for this promotion. Notices and
disclaimers: TAIS reserves the right to modify or withdraw this promotion at any time. Toshiba products may not be returned for
refund once SPIF claim form has been submitted. Failure to submit any of the requested documentation will delay or prevent SPIF
issuance. TAIS also reserves the right to interpret the rules of this promotion at its sole discretion and all decisions made by TAIS are
final. TAIS is not responsible for any liabilities, taxes or expenses incurred by claimant as a result of this promotion. Incomplete
claim forms will not be accepted. TAIS is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected mail. Use of multiple addresses or P.O. boxes to
obtain multiple SPIFs is fraudulent and could result in federal prosecution under the U.S. Mail Fraud Statutes (18 USC, Sections
1341-1342. Claimant must keep copies of all materials sent. Materials received become the property of TAIS and will not be
returned. Please allow 3-4 weeks for receipt of payment on your Toshiba Premier Rewards Visa Prepaid Card. All claim reporting is
subject to verification and audit. Noncompliance with rules or inaccurate claim reporting may lead to disqualification from the
program. Program valid in U.S. only and on products purchased and sold in the U.S. Void where prohibited by law.
