Building brand image via Corporate Social Activity and Responsibility and its effectiveness with special reference to Voltas Ltd.
SYNOPSIS:
In this competitive world companies are trying to address and solve social problems and in this way they are trying to connect in a better way with customers for a better brand image and association. Voltas Ltd. launched various advertisement campaigns to connect with their customers.
One of its campaign aimed at saving electricity and using the A/cs in an efficient way
advertisement campaign.
The OBJECTIVES of the dissertation report is: To find out the awareness level of the specific ad campaign of Voltas Ltd. which aimed at saving electricity (sensible cooling ad campaign). The effectiveness of the ad campaign and its effect on target segment of customers.
The METHODOLOGY to be adopted is: To proceed with the research work in a structured way certain methodology is used so as to yield exact and correct results from the study. The methodology adopted by me is as follows:
For my study I would use Descriptive Research design because Descriptive Research Design is a method which involves observing and describing the behaviour of a subject without influencing it anyway.
The LAYOUT of the project report is as follows: Chapter-I: Introduction about the project. Chapter-II: About the company, its CSR initiative (the whole picture). Chapter-III: Presentation of data and analysis. Chapter-IV: Finding and Conclusion.
