Publicada Resolucin mediante la cual se crea el Sistema Integral de Gestin para las Industrias y Comercio (SIGESIC)

En la Gaceta Oficial N 39.887 de fecha 20 de marzo de 2012, fue publicada la Resolucin N 058 mediante la cual se crea el Sistema Integral de Gestin para las Industrias y Comercio (SIGESIC). La referida Resolucin tiene por objeto la creacin del Sistema Integral de Gestin para las Industrias y Comercio (SIGESIC), el cual establecer los requisitos que deben cumplirse para el registro de todas aquellas personas naturales o jurdicas, pblicas o privadas, que realicen cualquier tipo de actividad econmica dentro del territorio nacional que implique la agregacin de valor, enajenacin de bienes, prestacin de servicios con o sin fines de lucro; a los fines de contar con informacin confiable para la sustentacin de trmites y formulacin de polticas para impulsar el desarrollo industrial. Son sujetos de aplicacin de la Resolucin: (i) Las unidades econmicas pblicas o privadas; (ii) Las cmaras u organismos gremiales; (iii) Las personas naturales; y, (iv) Entes gubernamentales que realicen trmites ante el Ministerio del Poder Popular con competencia en industrias. El SIGESIC emitir un Certificado de Registro que tendr una vigencia de un (1) ao, siempre y cuando no haya cambios en: (i) Actividad econmica declarada; (ii) Variacin de ms del 30% de la composicin accionaria; (iii) Variacin de ms del 30% de los trabajadores declarados; (iv) Cambio de domicilio fiscal; (v) Cambio en la ubicacin de la(s) planta(s) productiva(s). La Resolucin entr en vigencia a partir de su publicacin en la Gaceta Oficial de la Repblica Bolivariana de Venezuela en fecha 20 de marzo de 2012.

Publication of Resolution that creates the Integral Management System for Industries and Commerce (SIGESIC)
Resolution No.058, that creates the Integral Management System for Industries and Commerce (SIGESIC), was published in Official Gazette No.39,887 of March 20, 2012. The purpose of such Resolution is to create the Integral Management System for Industries and Commerce (SIGESIC), which will establish the requirements to be met for the registration of individuals and corporations, public or private, conducting any economic activity on national territory, implying adding value, disposing of goods, rendering of services, for profit or not, in order to have reliable information available for the support of the formalities and the formulation of policies to encourage the industrial development. The following are subject to application of the Resolution : (i) Public or private economic units; (ii) chambers or unions; (iii) individuals, and (iv) Governmental entities carrying out formalities with the Ministry of Popular Power with competency on industries. SIGESIC shall issue a Registration Certificate valid for one (1) year, provided that there are no changes to: (i) The economic activity declared; (ii) Variation of over 30% to the shareholding composition; (iii) Variation of over 30% to workers declared; (iv) Change of tax domicile; (v) Change of location of the production plant(s). The Resolution became effective from publication in Official Gazette of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela on March 20, 2012.
