INTRODUZIONE
Il presente manuale delle istruzioni duso parte integrante della fornitura della macchina e deve accompagnare la stessa in ogni trasferimento. Il manuale va conservato con cura per tutto il ciclo di vita della macchina ed essere comunque reperibile per almeno 10 anni. Esso va conservato in luogo noto e reso disponibile a tutte le persone interessate. Non collegare o mettere in funzione la macchina prima di aver letto questo manuale.

DISIMBALLAGGIO
La macchina fornita in scatola di cartone. Per rimuovere limballo estrarre i punti metallici posti nella parte superiore ed estrarre il polimerizzatore.
PRECAUZIONI
Verificare che : il cavo di alimentazione o la spina non siano danneggiati; lapparecchio non si presenti danneggiato; limpianto sia dotato di dispositivo salvavita; non immergere il cavo di alimentazione in acqua; tenere il cavo di alimentazione lontano da fonti di calore; non lasciare pendere il cavo di alimentazione da bordi di mobili; prima di effettuare qualsiasi operazione con lapparecchio, immettere lacqua, in caso contrario, una partenza accidentale del ciclo di riscaldo, brucerebbe le resistenze.
INSTALLAZIONE
Installare lapparecchio su di una superficie piana e stabile in grado di sopportare il peso dello stesso. Lapparecchio va collegato ad una presa adatta per tensione e potenza ai dati della targhetta segnaletica e munita di terra.
Il collegamento alla terra obbligatorio a norma di legge. Linstallazione va eseguita da un installatore qualificato che possa assicurarsi di tale adempimento. Il fabbricante declina ogni responsabilit per eventuali danni a cose o a persone derivanti dalla mancata osservanza dei punti precedenti.

Tasti
RUN Premuto avvia il ciclo di riscaldo. Premuto per circa sei secondi arresta il ciclo di riscaldo. Premuto dopo uninterruzione di corrente arresta il lampeggio del display.
Premuto in fase di programmazione incrementa il dato sul display. Non utilizzato in fase di esecuzione del programma.
Premuto in fase di programmazione decrementa il dato sul display. Non utilizzato in fase di esecuzione del programma.
FUNC Premuto quando lapparecchio a riposo (OFF sul display inferiore), inizia la fase di programmazione e permette linserimento e la memorizzazione dei parametri. Premuto in fase di esecuzione del programma permette la visualizzazione dei parametri del ciclo di riscaldo senza interromperlo.
Indicatori
OUT acceso quando le resistenze di riscaldo sono alimentate. SP acceso durante le fasi di salita della temperatura. Si spegne al raggiungimento della temperatura programmata. TIME acceso durante le fasi di stabilizzazione.

Display
SUPERIORE In fase di programmazione visualizza la temperatura ed i tempi che devono essere immessi o modificati. In fase di esecuzione del programma, durante le fasi di salita, visualizza la temperatura dellacqua; durante le fasi di stabilizzazione visualizza i tempi relativi. INFERIORE Visualizza OFF quando lapparecchio a riposo. Durante la programmazione o la revisione dei parametri visualizza le seguenti parole: FSE SP1 TS1 SP2 TS2 Fase attualmente in corso Prima temperatura da stabilizzare Tempo di mantenimento della prima temperatura Temperatura finale Tempo di mantenimento della temperatura finale
ISTRUZIONI OPERATIVE
Programmazione
Nota: si pu iniziare la programmazione solo quando lo strumento a riposo (OFF sul display inferiore ed indicatori SP e TIME spenti). Accendere lapparecchio per mezzo dellinterruttore generale. Iniziare la programmazione premendo il tasto FUNC: sul display inferiore compare FSE su quello superiore 0. Questo parametro non modificabile per cui si passa al punto successivo. Premere FUNC: sul display inferiore compare SP1, su quello superiore la temperatura intermedia attualmente programmata, per variarla fino a raggiungere quella desiderata premere i tasti o . Premere FUNC: sul display inferiore compare TS1, su quello superiore il tempo di mantenimento della temperatura intermedia attualmente impostato per variarlo fino a raggiungere quello desiderato premere i tasti o . Premere FUNC: sul display inferiore compare SP2, su quello superiore la temperatura finale attualmente programmata, per variarla fino a raggiungere quella desiderata premere i tasti o . Premere FUNC: sul display inferiore compare TS2, su quello superiore il tempo di mantenimento della temperatura finale attualmente impostato per variarlo fino a raggiungere quello desiderato premere i tasti o .

Nota: nel caso si voglia portare lacqua allebollizione va tenuto presente che la temperatura di ebollizione varia con laltezza secondo la seguente tabella. Quota (m) 500 1000 1500 2000 2500 3000 Temperatura ebollizione (C) 98 97 95 93 92 90
Se si impostano temperature superiori a quelle di ebollizione queste non potranno venire raggiunte e quindi il ciclo non potr proseguire. Premere FUNC per terminare la fase di programmazione. Sul display inferiore compare OFF, su quello superiore la temperatura attuale.
POLIMERIZZAZIONE A VAPORE
Nel caso si voglia eseguire la polimerizzazione lenta a vapore procedere nel seguente modo: mettere nel polimerizzatore tanta acqua da coprire il piano di appoggio delle muffole, le quali resteranno fuori dallacqua; non si utilizzer la temperatura di precottura per cui questa andr impostata uguale alla temperatura finale (generalmente 7080 C) ed il relativo tempo al minimo (1 minuto). Si imposter poi la temperatura finale ed il relativo tempo corrispondente alla durata necessaria per la polimerizzazione ( in genere da 6 a 8 ore).

GARANZIA

1. Con il presente documento il fabbricante certifica la corretta costruzione del prodotto, limpiego di materiali di prima qualit, leffettuazione di tutti i collaudi necessari e la sua aderenza alle norme vigenti. Il prodotto coperto da un periodo di Garanzia di mesi 12 dalla data di consegna allutente, che dovr essere comprovata dalla restituzione dellallegato tagliando controfirmato dallUtente. La garanzia limitata alla sostituzione o sistemazione delle singole parti o dei pezzi che risultano di fabbricazione difettosa, con esclusione delle spese di manodopera, trasferta del personale tecnico, spese di trasporto, di imballaggio, ecc. Sono esclusi dalla Garanzia guasti o danni derivanti da cattiva manutenzione, da scorretta alimentazione, negligenza, imperizia o cause non imputabili al fabbricante. Sono da escludersi dalla Garanzia le avarie causate da mancata manutenzione ordinaria dovuta a trascuratezza dellutilizzatore. La presente Garanzia non comporta alcun risarcimento di danni diretti o indiretti di qualsiasi natura verso persone o cose, dovuti alleventuale inefficienza dellapparecchiatura. 2. La Garanzia decade automaticamente qualora le apparecchiature vengano riparate, modificate o comunque manomesse dallacquirente o da terzi non autorizzati. 3. Per gli interventi in Garanzia lacquirente dovr rivolgersi unicamente al venditore, oppure ai centri di assistenza indicati dal fabbricante o al produttore stesso. La Garanzia d diritto alla sostituzione gratuita della parte difettosa. comunque escluso il diritto alla sostituzione dellintero apparecchio. 4. Nel caso di contestazione sullapplicazione della Garanzia, sulla qualit o sulle condizioni delle apparecchiature consegnate, lacquirente non potr sospendere o ritardare il pagamento del prezzo o delle rate di prezzo. 5. Nessun risarcimento potr essere richiesto dallacquirente per fermo delle apparecchiature. 6. La Garanzia decade se: a) lapparecchiatura presenta danneggiamenti provocati da caduta, da esposizioni a fiamme, da rovesciamenti di liquidi, da fulmini, da calamit naturali, o comunque da cause non imputabili a difetti di fabbricazione; b) non vi stata una corretta installazione; c) vi stato collegamento alla rete (tensione nominale di alimentazione errata); d) il numero di matricola risulti asportato, cancellato o alterato. 7. I componenti da sostituirsi in garanzia, devono essere restituiti alla Casa che ha provveduto o provveder alla spedizione del ricambio. Qualora il pezzo cambiato non venga restituito, verr addebitato allordinante. 8. Per ragioni fiscali le parti di ricambio verranno concesse in garanzia unicamente nel caso in cui ci sia pervenuto il tagliando di garanzia contenente tutti i dati relativi al cliente.
Regolamento
1. La mancata restituzione del Certificato di Garanzia implica limmediata decadenza della medesima. La Garanzia non copre le spese di manodopera e trasferta che saranno sempre e comunque a carico dellacquirente. 2. Il pagamento delle fatture di manodopera, trasferta e diritto di chiamata, dovr avvenire a presentazione delle medesime. Il mancato pagamento implicher lautomatico decadimento della Garanzia. 3. Il fabbricante nonch il Deposito Dentale non sono tenuti a dare in uso apparecchiature sostitutive per il periodo di riparazione. 4. Per ogni altro caso non contemplato dal presente Certificato di Garanzia e dal regolamento si fa riferimento alle norme del Codice Civile.

Il trattamento per le finalit di cui alle lett. a) e b) e c) non richiede il consenso, ai sensi dellart. 12, comma 1, lett. a) e b) L. 675/96.

INTRODUCTION
This instruction manual is an integral part of the machine supply and should accompany it whenever it is moved. The manual must be carefully kept for the duration of the machine's life and must in all cases be available for at least 10 years, it must therefore be kept in a known location and made available to all the personnel concerned. Do not connect the machine or put it into operation until this manual has been read.

UNPACKING
The machine is supplied in cardboard box. To remove the packaging remove the metal points from the up side of the box and remove the polymetiser.
PRECAUTIONS
Make sure that: the power lead and plug are not damaged; the polymeriser shows no signs of damage or having fallen; the electrical plant has a ground fault interrupter; do not bathe the power supply lead in water; keep the power supply lead away from sources of heat; do not allow the power supply lead to hang over the edges of pieces of fornitures; put water in before manuvring the machine in any way whatsoever. If the heating cycle has started accidentally in the absence of water, the resistors would burn out.
INSTALLATION
Install the machine on a flat, stable surface capable of supporting its weight. The polymeriser must be connected to a right current-tap in tension and power to the specifications of the target and it must be earthed.
The machine must be earthed by law. Must be installed by a qualified electrician capable of checking that it is earthed. The manufacturer declines all responsibility for any damage or injury caused by failure to comply with this requirement

Keys
RUN When pressed the heating cycle is started. When pressed for approx. six seconds, the heating cycle turns off. When pressed after a power failure, the display stops flashing. When pressed during programming, the data on the display increases. This is not used during program execution. When pressed during programming, the data on the display decreases. This is not used during program execution.
FUNC This is pressed when the equipment is in the rest position (OFF on the lower display). It enables the programming phase and parameter input and storage. When pressed during program execution it enables the heating cycle parameters to be displayed without interrupting it.
Indicator Lights
OUT This indicator lights is on when the heating resistors are powered. SP This indicator light is on while the temperature is rising. It goes out when the programmed temperature is reached. TIME This indicator light is on during the stabilisation phases.

Displays
UPPER During programming, this shows the temperature and times that have to be input or altered. During program execution, at the rising stage it shows the temperature of the water, at the stabilisation stage it shows the relative times. LOWER This display shows OFF when the equipment is at rest. While programming or editing the parameters it shows the following words:
Current stage The first temperature to be stabilized Time the first temperature is to be maintained Final temperature Time the final temperature is to be maintained
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Programming
Note: programming may only being when the instrument is at rest (OFF on the lower display and the SP and TIME indicators out). Turn the equipment on at the master switch. Press the FUNC key to start the programming; the lower display will show FSE and the upper display 0. This parameter cannot be modified so move on to the next point. Press FUNC: the lower display shows SP1 and the upper display shows the currently programmed intermediate temperature. Press key or to change it to reach the temperature required. Press FUNC: the lower display shows TS1 and the upper display shows the currently programmed time for maintaining the intermediate temperature. Press key or to change it to reach the temperature required. Press FUNC: the lower display shows SP2 and the upper display the current programmed final temperature. Press key or to change it to reach the temperature required. Press FUNC: the lower display shows TS2 and the upper display shows the currently programmed tme for i maintaining the final temperature. Press key or to change it to reach the temperature required.

If temperatures higher than the boiling temperature are set, these cannot be reached and the cycle cannot therefore continue. Press FUNC to terminate the programming phase. OFF appears on the lower display and the upper display shows the current temperature.
Program execution
Note: programming may only being when the equipment is the rest state (OFF on the lower display and SP and TIME indicators out). Press the RUN key to start the heating cycle. The SP indicator light comes on and the lower display shows the temperature to be reached. Once this temperature has been reached the SP indicator goes out and the TIME indicator comes on. The lower display shows how much time is left before stabilisation. The two previous stages are repeated for the rise and stabilisation of the final temperature.
Power failure
If the power fails, the program starts up again at the point it was interrupted but the two displays flash. Press RUN to stop the flashing.
STEAM POLYMERISATION
Proceed as follows for a slow, steam polymerisation: put enough water into the polymeriser to cover the muffle support surface. The muffles stay out of the water; the pre-boiling temperature will not be used so this shall be set at the final temperature (generally between 70C and 80C) and the relative time at the minimum (1 minute). Then the final temperature and the relative time corresponding to the duration necessary for the polymerisation (from 6 to 8 hours in general) shall be set. Warning: make sure water always covers the heating system.

WARRANTY

1. Through the present document the manufacturer certificates a correct construction of the product and assures that first materials have been used; all necessary approvals and trials have been made so that the product is conform to the regulations in force. The guarantee on this product is valid for a period of 12 months starting on the day of delivery to the purchaser. The purchaser approves the guarantee regulations by filling in and signing his part and returning it to the manufacturer. The guarantee only covers those parts to be substituted or replaced because of construction faults and doesnt cover labour expensens, travelling indemnity of technicians, transport expenses, packing etc. The guarantee excludes damages or failures caused through a bad maintenance, a wrong feeding supply, negligences, unskillfulness or other causes not imputable to the manufacturer. The guarantee excludes as well failures caused through ommissed maintenance due to the negligences of the user. The guarantee doesnt include any kind of refund versus persons or objects for damages, direct or indirect, due to eventual inefficiency of the equipment. 2. The guarantee forfeits automatically in case that the equipment has been repaired, modified or tampered by the purchaser himself or by unauthorized third parties. 3. For interventions under guarantee, the purchaser must address himself to the selling-agent, or the by him indicated technical-service or direct to the manufacturer. The guarantee gives the right to substitution of the defective part, but excludes the substitution of the entire equipment. 4. In case of contestation concerning the application of the guarantee regulations about the quality or conditions of the delivered equipments, the purchaser will in no way suspend or delay the payment of the price or the rates of price. 5. No refund can be requested by the purchases for the temporary stop of the equipment. 6. The guarantee forfeits if: a) the equipment presents damages of dropping; exposure to flames; overturning of liquid; natural disasters; or any other causes not imputable to fabrication defaults; b) the installation wasnt correct; c) the connection to the main supply was wrong rated feeding voltage; d) the serial no has been taken of, cancelled or altered. 7. The components, to be substituted under guarantee must be sent back to the manufacturer for reimboursement following carefully his shipment instructions. For no reason we will accept the returning of equipments or spare parts of them without having given written authorization before. In case of non observation of these conditions the manufacturer reserves himself the right to send the goods back to the sender. 8. Due to tax reasons the spare parts will be granted under guarantee only if we have received back the guarantee coupon properly filled in with all customers data.
Warranty regulations
1. The non restitution of the guarantee certificate involves the immediate withdrawal of the certificate itself. The guarantee doesnt cover labour expenses and travelling indemnity which w ill always be on charge of the purchaser. 2. The payment of the labour expenses, travelling indemnity, and right of appeal bill will be have to fullfilled immediate at the presentation of the bill itself. Not fullfilling the payment of the bill involves immediate withdrawl of the guarantee itself. 3. Neither the manufacturer or the dental deposit are obliged to provide substitutive equipment during the repair period. 4. For any other cases not foreseen in the present guarantee certificate and regulations reference is made to the italian civil code.
