Findings : From the above table it is noted that the employees are highly satisfied with the work time, Lunch time and convenyence facility of the company. It is inferred from the table that high no of employees are satisfied with the training or Instructions provided to do the job. It is observed from the table that 77.5% of the employees are satisfied with the vacation And leave policy followed in the company. From the above table it is obseerved that the employees are satisfied for their participation In decision making. It is inferred from the table that the employees are satisfied with the distribution of work among Them. From the table it is observed that the employees are satisfied with good relationship existing Between the departments.

It is noted from the table that the employees are satisfied with the encouragement given by the Company for their good work.

Suggestions; It is obsreved from the analysis that more than 55% of the employees are having Stress in their work. So i suggest the company to give simplified work and mini Breaks to the employees, so that the stress can be reduced and automatically it Leads to good sign. Scope of the study Employee satisfaction is caused or derived by many irrelevant factors. Although these are The factors can never be isolated from one another for analysis, by use of statistical importance To job satisfaction. Further the importance of various factors appears to change from one Situation to another. Hence the study of factors like working conditions, walfare facilities and Relationship. The study gives a clear picture of the benefits that are been provided to the employees in vijay constro chemicals. The study focuses to analyze the effectiveness off the existing EMPLOYEE BENEFITS.This study helps to evaluate the level of satisfaction of the employees with respect to the Benefits provided vijay constro chemicals.

Limitations; The employees were not available at all points of time. Thus under conditions of pressuer, their Replies might have been different. The employees might have been biased with their answers. Time constraint was a major factor in the study.if the employees had more time,they could have

Application of theoretical knowledge to practical situation is the bonanzas of this survey. The study is intended to find out the survey on EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION (BENIFITS AND NEED ANALYSIS) in the primary and secondary datas were collected. Primary data were collected through questionnaire by using simple random sampling method and secondary datas been collected from internet and books. Primary data has been collected from 40 customers. The prime objective of the study is to analyze the employee satisfaction in vijay constro chemicals, coimbatore.the data,s were analyzed by using the simple percentage method. Based on the analysis of the results.sev eral interpretations were made and based on the report and findings,suggestions and recommendations were made improve the satisfaction of the employees. So , the study made positive by all means and it would be a pleasure for me to share it with others.

Introductions Employee satis faction is in regard to ones feelings or state-of-mind regarding the nature of their work. Employee satisfaction can be influenced by a variety of factors. (Eg) The equality of ones relationship with their supervisor, the quality of the physical environment in which they work , degree of fulfillment in their work, etc. Suprevision; To decrease dissatisfaction in this area, you must beg in by making wise decisions when you appoint someone to the role of supervisor. Be aware that good employees do not always make good suprevisors. Salary; The old adge you get what you pay for tends to be true when it comes to staff members. salary is not a motivate for employees, but they do want to be paid fairly. If individual pensated well, they will be unhappy wowrking for you. Interpersonal relations;

Remember that part of the satisfaction of being employed is the social contact it brings, so amount of time for socialization (eg, during breaks, between patients). Working conditions
