St Augustines Primary School Bulletin: Monday 26th March 2012

A reminder to all staff that doctor and dentist appointments should be made outside school time. If you have a hospital / consultant appointment, which cannot be changed, for yourself or a member of your family, who you have to accompany, a copy of this must be attached to your leave of absence form. A reminder to all staff that if you are absent from school due to illness, you must complete an absence form and return it to your Line Manager who will then discuss this with you. Failure to complete these forms could lead to the absence not being recorded as sickness and therefore it will not be paid. There is an opportunity for all teachers to have a say in the future of our education system by taking part in a consultation on the Ofsted website. It only takes about 10 minutes and I hope as many people as possible will take part. Cases of chicken pox have been reported in Year 2 this week. I hope that everybody enjoys a wonderful Easter break
