A range of wellness services are offered on an in-patient and outpatient basis to enhance the recovery process. A complimentary session of Reiki or Massage Therapy is provided to all clients. Additional sessions are available on a private pay basis. Reiki A gentle hands-on technique using universal life force energy to balance and align energy centers. Treatments are performed by a certified Reiki Practitioner / Master. Creates balance between the spiritual, emotional and physical aspects of the body to promote healing and relaxation. Massage Therapy Involves the manipulation of the soft tissue using a hands-on approach to promote health. Performed by nationally certified and licensed Massage Therapists. Improves circulation, immune system functioning and joint mobility while promoting relaxation. Yoga, Tai Chi and other alternative treatment techniques are provided during therapy treatments. With admiration and appreciation for the many skills and expression of healing of body, mind and spirit.

AQUATIC THERAPY
Aquatic Therapy is a rehabilitation alternative to begin therapy in a comfortable yet productive environment. The utilization of aquatic therapy enables the therapist to initiate rehabilitation and at an earlier stage; therefore returning the patient to his activities of daily living in the shortest time period possible. In water, the effect of gravity on the body is not as strong as on land, therefore motion and functional activity are more comfortable. Aquatic therapy more rapidly improves your mobility, strength, and physical function during the healing process.
PHYSICAL THERAPY
Physical Therapy (PT) is the rehabilitation specialty that works closely with an individual to restore their functional abilities. Some treatments may include flexibility and strengthening exercises, as well as, gait training, balance activities, safety with transfers and pain management techniques. Physical Therapists are highly specialized healthcare professionals who are able to assess the individuals deficits and develop treatment programs accordingly. OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY
Occupational Therapy (OT) is the rehabilitation specialty that assists an individual to regain the ability to perform activities of daily living. The goal is to assist the individual to regain these abilities while encouraging independence. These abilities are often regained using splints and adaptive equipment.
