A. Support ministries in the modern church Essential church services in the 21st century church include: ushering, hospitality, church announcements, IT technology : PowerPoint, sound technology and much more. Growth brings with it different kinds of challenges and makes far more demand on support ministries Acts 6:1 Pro 14:4 A. Support ministries establish the following: 1. It releases senior ministers to prayer and ministry of the Word. Act 6:4 Then we apostles can spend our time in prayer and teaching the word. (NLT) 2. Support ministry done well produces a harvest of souls - Reaching men and women of all level of society for the right reason, Act 6:7 3. Chosen to serve/Selected Support Ministry should be carefully selected and sanctioned by God ordained leaders

These are individuals that we know and can trust There is support ministries all around us just waiting to be selected, trained and released. When given the opportunity, they rise to the task performing it better than we can.
