amended in accordance with the provisions of

read and construed with the General Conditions of
Contract.

3. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between
the provisions of the General Conditions of
Contract and these Particular Conditions of
Contract, these Particular Conditions of Contract
shall prevail.

instruction on safety matters and take care for the safety of all persons entitled
to be on the Site.

The Contractor shall provide any temporary works (including roadways,
footways, guards and fences) which may be necessary because of the
execution of the Works, for the use and protection of the public and of owners
and occupiers of adjacent land.

The Contractor shall establish a specific project Quality Plan and Inspection
and Test Plan to demonstrate compliance with requirement of the Contract.
The Employer shall be entitled to audit any aspect of the system of the
Contractors and his subcontractors Quality Plan and/or Inspection and Test
Plan.

The Contractor shall take all reasonable steps to protect the environment (both
on and off the Site) and to limit damage and nuisance to people and property
resulting from pollution, noise and other results of his operations.
