    The false narrative that Sean Delevan was trying to avoid supporting his children was shattered when he submitted a settlement offer agreeing to close to $50,000 in arrears and agreeing to end all family court matters. Because the goal was never to do what was bet for the children and instead keep up the facade that Sean Delevan was irresponsible and did not want to support his children, the agreement was not only ignored but aggressively fought to be stricken from the court record. When it was evident that Sean Delevan would not take back the agreement, family court does what it does best and simply made the transcripts disappear.

    To Ade Fasanya: Please forward the settlement offer that I have included in this message to your client for review. Upon acceptance of this offer, I will have the document notarized and entered into the court record prior to the scheduled February 15, 2012 hearing in the matter of Sean Delevan v Dawn XXXX. This document has also been sent to your client, Queens Family Court, and to your firm that is located in Rosedale, New York by Priority Mail. In the event that your client still wishes to pursue litigation in both the custody and child support matter, I will be fully prepared to proceed as scheduled. Also, I ask that if you are going to be representing Dawn XXXX in the custody matter, can you please inform me so that I may send you relative case information that will be entered into evidence in that matter.

    I, __Sean Delevan___, agree to withdraw my petition for a reduction of child support arrears, as well as the Custody petition that is being heard before Referee Mildred Negron, based upon the following agreement from Dawn XXXX.

    The conditions of the agreement are as followed:

    I agree to be responsible for the full amount of child support arrears of __$48,500.00.

    The child support arrears will be paid in full upon the settlement of my injury case.

    Due to the uncertainty of when the injury case will settle, I will not contest any accrued interest that accumulates.

    The temporary child support order of $25.00 a month will be made permanent.

    In the event that Dawn XXXX agrees to unsupervised weekly visitation, the $50.00 an hour fee that is paid to the doctor will be paid to her instead. Unsupervised visits must not exceed $100.00 a week (2 hours) due to my limited income.

    In the event that Dawn XXXXX allows unsupervised visitation, the fee to see my children can be waived if Dawn XXXXX agrees. Basically, Dawn XXXXX has the authority to waive weekly payment for the right for me to have a meaningful relationship with my children.

    Any payments for unsupervised visits will be made by certified check or money order and will be given directly to Dawn XXXXX when the children are brought for their visit.

    Upon acceptance of this agreement, all blogs, videos, and all information will be removed from the Internet that pertains to past and present family court case information. DUE TO THE FACT THAT I DO NOT CONTROL ALL MATERIAL THAT IS ON THE INTERNET, I CAN ONLY REMOVE WHAT I HAVE ACCESS TO.

    Dawn XXXXX agrees to a STEADY AND CONSISTENT time of visitation weekly with the children whether it is supervised or unsupervised.

    Dawn XXXXX will continue to receive monthly entitlements of $286.00 for XXXX XXXXXXX due to my disability status.

    Dawn XXXXX will continue to receive monthly entitlements of $286.00 for XXXX XXXXXXX due to my disability status.

    In the event that my disability status changes, Dawn XXXXX reserves the right to petition for a modification of child support.

    I, __________________(Dawn XXXXX) will not refile any family court petitions unless the terms of this agreement are violated.

    I, _Sean Delevan__, will not refile any family court petitions unless the terms of this agreement are violated.

    This is a binding agreement that will end ALL MATTERS before family court. I, ____Sean Delevan_____, Agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement/settlement, on this day, ____January 11, 2012____.
