Project category: Web Based Application Real Estate portal basically meant for the reselling of the property or giving the property on lease .The Users can Visit on the Website and they can look for the list of various properties listed on the website the owners can post their properties so that they can sell them. There Would be various modules for the Users i.e (Buyer, Dealer, Owner).The Users Can individually Log into their Profiles And can Access the various Information About the Properties in Which they are interested

Objectives:1. To provide a facility to Users To Search Property online. 2. To frequently update the site without any problem. 3. To provide the Users to Post Their Property In the Listings.

4. To make the site popular by giving it top ranking in google. 5. Fulfillment of clients requirements. Purpose of the Document The purpose of this document is to lay out in detail the functional and other requirements related to the Real Estate Portal. This document contains the necessary information to meet the requirements set forth for the completion of this application. The target audience of this document is Project Sponsor, Project Managers, Developers, Designers, and QA Engineers. Buyers Module This module have details about the buyers. All the details regarding the address and which property is sold to which buyer will be kept in this part.

Dealer Module This part will include the details of the person those are dealing with the properties and the property details also which they owned.

Live Search Here the live search for the property in particular areas can be done through the internet.

MySQL is used for the internet applications as it provides good speed and is very secure. MySQL was developed to manage large volumes of data at very high speed to overcome the problems of existing solutions. MySQL can be used for verity of applications but it is mostly used for the web applications on the internet.
