A) What is the purpose of RBG JTF-521?

To initiate the development of the Nationalist Black Agenda for Liberation; which will document every major problem and opportunity, and the goals to solve or exploit them. B) Who is in charge? WE ARE! Each and every one of us. We will be using a combination of the Consent and Consensus Decision Making (C/CDM) processes to ensure the task force is lead by the Members as a Circle of Peers. Bro anton, as initiator, is the Coordinating Facilitator but will be coaching others into Facilitation responsibilities almost immediately. EVERY member of the task force is a co-facilitator. This means that they will have a responsibility to learn some basic C/CDM processes and procedures so they can successfully facilitate the peers and groups we invite to comment on The Agenda. C) Who are the sponsors? Who is paying for it? WE are the Sponsors in a sense as we represent a dynamic cross-section of New Afrikan culture, thought, and background. Community Solutions Center For Responsive Black Governance is the principle institutional sponsor at this point. Unfortunately for bro anton, that means he will be footing the bill for any incurred costs. Luckily, he is cheap and resourceful enough to not have to spend any money just yet. Which is good, because he has none! (^_^) D) What will I be asked to do? To THINK! To use 110% of your mental capacity to ENVISION our Strategic Future! To communicate and work with other Afrikans doing the same! To give 125%. To inform your respected peers and Elders of what we have done and to invite them to the process once we reach that stage; to lead and facilitate in the RFC Stages. E) How much time investment will it require? Difficult to say. 10Hr per week? 20? 30? Only you can really answer the question. Since this is only a Task Force with a clear mission and temporary time frame, we should strive to give our all for the duration of the mission. FYI, USG's JSOC (joint special operations command) has 17-5-2 as their daily mantra: 17hrs of work, 5hrs of sleep, and 2hrs for hygiene, exercise, and eating. F) Why am I asked to serve on this Joint Task Force? Because you are recognized as a Leader/Peer and it is time to Lead. G) What is the overall job of the Joint Task Force? To complete the mission in the given time frame and transition into other operations. H) Who are the other members? You will learn that at your first mission briefing or when the mission starts. I) Where, how often, and for how long will the Joint Task Force meet? Online regularly using emails, chats, kwk; bi-weekly conference calls, kwk. Scheduled meetings should take no longer than an hour because of the continuous email and chat communication; unless members just want to talk it up after completing meetings. J) How were the committee members selected? Based on strength of character and psycho-spiritual, cultural, social, economic, and political maturity and awareness as analyzed from their social media presence, physical conversations, and community references.. K) What other groups or agencies will be involved as partners, collaborators, or resources? That will ultimately be up to the JTF members. L) What does 521 designate? The 1st operation of the year 6252.
