yujujwe ku follows: The mortgage contract shall contain clauses that grant the mortgagee the power to manage, lease, sell or take over the mortgage in case of the mortgagors default. The mortgage contract shall also specify the time, place and terms of sale and the procedure to be followed in case of default. Where the mortgagor is in default, the mortgagee shall notify the mortgagor in writing of his/her choice to use one of the remedies specified in the preceding paragraph and transmit a copy thereof to the Registrar General. The notice shall be issued thirty (30) working days prior to taking action and these days shall be counted as from the day the copy of the notice is received by the Registrar General. Article 3: Selling a mortgage

Elle indique aussi le moment, le lieu et la procdure suivre. En cas de dfaillance de remboursement par le dbiteur hypothcaire, le crancier hypothcaire informe le dbiteur hypothcaire avec copie au Registraire Gnral de son choix dexercer lun des moyens repris lalina prcdent. La notification est mise trente (30) jours ouvrables avant dentreprendre laction envisage et ce, compter de la date de rception par le Registraire Gnral. Article 3: Mise en vente dhypothque

2 administering, managing or dealing with property in Rwanda as an agent, personal representative or trustee, whether through its employees or an agent or in any other manner.

A foreign company shall be registered by the Registrar General. Where it is established that its name is confusing as far as companies inside the country are concerned, he/she shall request the company to change the name. Companies from East African Community member States and other companies from countries with relevant agreements with Rwanda shall enjoy national treatment.
