Talking about Campaigns, it seems, so far, QA, SME, and IRIS ITM are the top contenders for the upcoming campaigns. While some of these have taken more advanced shape than the others, enthusiasm is top notch in all of them.

Over the coming weeks and months all of you should continue to envisage, plan, contribute, and give ear to more about these and future campaigns. All we need is a continuous and uninterrupted flow of new and effective ideas to keep the Killer Sales Model going. The tool that is being brought alive for this purpose is e-Campaign. It makes use of everything we have ever done and will achieve as shown in the e-Campaign workflow. At the right time (i.e. all the time), all of you are encouraged to make positive impact in many of the nodes of this workflow and you will see the synergy and results as your instant gratification. Your Honesty Since February, we have been continuing BonFire initiative that many of you must have been following in some way or the other via UniFaceBook. Well, it started as weekly gathering of Partners to discuss the state of the company, economy, our products, and what we should do to take control and charge ahead.

So many of you have one thing in common i.e. come across as very honest and trust worthy people

We were happy and impressed by you. At the same

We put the onus on ourselves for taking this group far ahead. With some simple and new initiatives, we can achieve much more within months. Rest will depend on your ability to learn and execute.

Very soon, at the typical eBusinessware pace, we are going to open it to our enthusiastic Sales team as well as other senior groups including CTO, Data managers, and other heads with sales team as next in the line. Most importantly, last but not the least, we would invite enthusiastic middle level and even junior delivery people who, due to their ever curious nature, are full of new ideas and would like to see these bearing fruits. It will mean lot of collaboration, and time commitment; so a word of caution to all who are about embark on this survivor journey; it is not for the weak hearted!
