It has been established to produce the vitamin to human body for another season. The Best Mango Juice Company emphasizes various level of customers (children, adult, men & women). It has the well management system and marketing system to overall control the company. The company emphasizes on the customer satisfaction. Current marketing situation The current marketing situation of juice product is free all part of the country. So the current marketing situation is our favor. The Best Mango Juice Company has taken the particular position of our country. Our company is now in second position. Without this company there has some other company. e.g. Pran company, Akiz company. BD food company & Acmy company. Company Mission: Mango Juice is completely useful for our human body. So we produce the juice the maximum standard. Threats and Opportunity : Marketing System and production system has the great opportunity. We can collect the mango very easily from every location of our country. There has no obstacle and has no restriction from the government. So we have too much opportunity to in our favor. There has a numerous pirate company of our country. They try to mixed and use the chemical flavor in produce the juice. They also sell the juice at low rate. as a result who eat it they attracted by the chemical poisons. And they try to sell the juice at a low rate. This is the great threats to the any famous juice company for their production system also the profit. Objectives Main objective of The Best Mango Juice Company is to get the maximum market share in all over the Bangladesh and provide the quality product & service with reasonable price. The Best Mango Juice Company is one of the largest juice company in the country, under the challenge of the global open market economy. According to main objectives of The Best Mango Juice Company, those are as follows : To introduce the brand name of the product. To enlighten the studying groups about the practical work environment of a reputed company and better management practice. To know about the marketing operation exclusively the research activities in the application area. To highlight the mutual advantage of all stakeholders. To face future challenges and to observe the position of competitor. To design and to operate research activities to find out customer demand. To make the working opportunity those are jobless.

Marketing strategy of Royal Mango Juice Company Daily selling target : The main target of the Marketing Manager is to fulfill the daily selling. Fulfill customer demand : The Marketing Manager has to analyze the customer demand and supply accordingly. Ensure the profit margin : Profit margin is the important fact for any prestigious company. So The Marketing Manager has to ensure profit margin. Maintain the quality : The Marketing Manager should have concerned about the quality of product and services. Ensure lower price than other competitors : Price is a vital issue to get the maximum market share. Lower the price to maximize sales. To trained up man power : The Company should have arranged the training program to build skilled man power to ensure long term benefit. Ensure customer satisfaction : Customer is the blood of a company. Without ensuring customer satisfaction the company can not reach in it's target. Update latest information of market : The world is globalize and informative. So the company should develop their information network system to collect latest competitive information. To make policy for citizen action : The company should appoint field executive to communicate with their customer to collect their comments about company's product quality and service. To make good relation with politician and Government : Maintain good communication with politician and Government to run the business smoothly. Maintain good transportation : The company should have standard transportation system which must be cost and time effective. Reduce wastage : More wastage increase the production cost. So the company should concern to minimize the wastage. Review marketing strategy : The Marketing Manager should have tactful to review and develop overall marketing strategy.

Actions Program: In the following figure I can try to show the collection process from the root levels to the Mango juice factory. They have also own mangoes garden. The collection process is started when the mango get available in seasons. They have many small societies at the rural areas and make union with 6 members where 2 members are directly selected by the company. Timely mango collection from different a places or garden in the country which was fixed on previously and carry it for the local agency.

Now our budget is growing gradually. our yearly budget approximately 100 core. After closing expense (company expense & management salary and others expense) this year we want to earn about 10 core exchange the customer satisfaction and service. Here we impose upon the most customer satisfaction and need.

These expansion programs include: Expansion of the current handling capacity; Establishment of a number of mangoes garden; Establishment of Packaging factory;

Establishment of the Water treatment Plant; Expansion for exporting the mango juice. Expand the job sector.

I think the process is effective and efficient because the raw material collected by The Best Mango Juice Company is in reasonable price from the garden.
