1.With reference to the above said Decision No.1644/IC(A)/2007 of the Hon’ble

Information Commissioner, dtd.10.12.07(Annexure-1), wherein, he had ordered the
Respondent to divulge the minutes of the Headmasters’ Selection of 2005 to the
Applicant within 15 working days.

2.The applicant on not receiving any information wrote an application dtd.15.01.08 to

the CIC vide speed post No.SPEEB310567181N of 16.01.08(Annexure-II) for
levelling of penalties and initiating contempt proceedings against the respondent.

3.The applicant has not received any information from the respondent so far.

4.The applicant duly prays for considering his letter dtd.15.01.08 vide speed post
No.SPEEB310 567181N of 16.01.2008 for leveling of penalties and initiating
Contempt proceedings against the respondent since the applicant has been made to
suffer grievous loss and mental agony and the applicant could not substantiate CAT,
Jaipur in his original application no.26/2006 and the related miscellaneous applications
due to lack of information.

5.The applicant further prays that the running of schools by the railways is a welfare
activity. Therefore, the Public Interest far outweighs the respondent’s plea under
section 8 of RTI, 2005.

6.The applicant prays for certified copies of the following handwritten scripts:

a) Copies of the original minutes of the DPC

b) Copies of the original tabulation sheets of viva-voce.
c) Copies of the original tabulation sheets of service record.
d) Copies of rough and file note-sheets of the entire decision
Making process.
e) Copies of rough note sheets of allotment of marks in
Viva voce and record of service by individual selection
Committee members with their names and designations.
f) Copies of confidential reports of the eligible candidates
Relied upon.
g) Copies of reservation roster relied upon and the process
of decision to allot reservation in the same selection.
