Facility Maintenance Site Ops Supervisor.

OBJECTIVE To obtain employment as Facility Maintenance Sit Ops Supervisor. PROFILE I am a reliable, well-rounded, mature individual who has over 27 years experience in the service industry as a Facilities Maintenance and Operations Supervisor. I am also a member of the Albion Fisheries Management Team. Respectful and professional when dealing with my employer and other co-workers. Capable of understanding direction whether it be written or verbally communicated. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Highly experienced and competent in all aspects of construction and building maintenance. Able to operate all necessary tools and equipment to complete any job. Excellent ability to troubleshoot and problem solve. WORK EXPERIENCE Albion Fisheries Ltd., Victoria, B.C. 1984 to Present I have been employed with Albion Fisheries for over 27 years. I have enjoyed various positions during my time of employment. For the last 21 years as Facilities Maintenance and Operations Supervisor. I have coordinated and participated in projects to expand the warehouse including designing and building 6000 gallon live tank systems capable of housing 3500 lbs of live seafood. I have also been responsible for building new coolers and freezers and keeping them maintained and in good running condition. I was involved and assisted in implementing the design of the Albion Fisheries Quality and HACCP plan which has since been approved by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency. As Facility Supervisor duties included to monitor the work/site to maintain a safe work environment that complies with Occupational Health & Safety requirements , Maintain accurate records of temperatures of coolers and freezers. Maintain preventive maintenance schedules for all facility equipment and implement new ones as needed . Maintain accurate maintenance and sanitation records of the facility. Train employees in the safe operation of Forklifts and power jacks, water chillers, Band saws, etc. Responsible to coordinate, supervise, and perform all repairs and maintenance to facility such as replace pumps ,lubricate and install electric motors, install and clean compressor filters, adjust temperatures and defrost cycles. Trouble shoot and repair all refrigeration, heating ,electrical and plumbing ,do minor repairs such as repair and paint walls, adjust and repair overhead doors change lighting fixtures and bulbs. Purchase all materials and services to maintain a high level of service for Albion Fisheries. Arranged and coordinate and work along side contractors.

EDUCATION 2011 completed Fourth Class Power Engineering Refrigeration Boiler Operators Course offered by Pacific Institute of Power Engineering (PIPE) Inc.
