Whether you're passenger, attendant, family member, observer, bystander, stakeholder, disabled, senior citizen or witness - this is for you to fill if you'd like to share your air travel story - where requiring something specific or out of the ordinary had unexpected consequences. These experiences could be positive, but we're guessing mostly negative with recent travel controversies ;-) We welcome your feedback as this would bring about greater visibility of what is a daily occurrence to many of us. (WCOB) Onboard wheelchair assistance required (NWCC) Passenger who requires the use of an airport wheelchair: and to be pushed through the airport terminal to the steps of the aircraft and also requires lift on / lift off assistance onto and off the aircraft. (NWCP) Passenger who requires the use of an airport wheelchair only: but does not require to be pushed by airport staff

(NWCS) Passenger not traveling in a wheelchair: that requires no assistance through the airport to the aircraft but does require lift on /lift off assistance onto the aircraft. (WCHR) Passenger travelling in their own wheelchair: that only requires to be pushed through the airport terminal to aircraft steps. The passenger can walk short distances and ascend short flights of stairs. A wheelchair is only needed for longer distances. (WCHC) Passenger travelling in their own wheelchair: that requires to be pushed through the airport terminal to aircraft steps and also require lift on! lift off assistance onto the aircraft. The passenger cannot walk or ascend steps. A wheelchair is needed at all times. (WCHS) Passenger travelling in their own wheelchair: that does not require to be pushed through the airport terminal to the aircraft steps, but does require lift on/lift off assistance onto and off the aircraft. The passenger is unable to ascend steps but can walk short distances. (WCHP) Passenger travelling in their own wheelchair: that requires no assistance at all from airport staff. (NWCR) Passenger who requires the use of an airport wheelchair: and to be pushed through the airport terminal to the steps of the aircraft. (DEAF) Deaf passenger / hearing impaired (DEAF/BLND) Deaf-blind passenger (BLDR) Blind or vision impaired passenger travelling alone without a sighted companion: that requires a walker to and from the terminal to the aircraft. (BDGR) Blind or vision impaired passenger travelling with a guide dog and requires a walker to and from the terminal to the aircraft. (BLDP) Blind or vision impaired passenger travelling alone without a sighted companion and requires no assistance. (BDGP) Blind or vision impaired passenger travelling with a guide dog and requires no assistance. (BLSC) Blind or vision impaired passenger travelling with a sighted companion and requires no assistance. (DPNA) Passenger with intellectual or developmental disability needing assistance. It includes the passengers who suffer, for example, from Alzheimers disease, Autism or Down's syndrome. (DMAA) Passenger with an intellectual disability who is able to understand and respond appropriately to safety instructions and does not require a Personal Care Attendant, but does require a walker to and from the terminal to the aircraft.
