The first training I assisted in was Child Evangelism for the purpose of establishing a Fellowship Good News Club in a public school. For those who are still P.O. children in schools, homes, community centers, churches, apartment complexes, just about anywhere the children can easily and safely meet. The purpose of a Good News Club is to evangelize boys and girls with the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ, disciple them in the Word of God and establish them in a local church for Christian living. Eight individuals were taught and trained how to effectively convey the foundational truths of Gods Word to the children. The training allowed them to be fully equipped to begin the ministry in the public school and wherever the Lord should lead them. These individuals have moved forward and begun reaching children in public schools every week. They had their first club a few weeks ago with 25 children attending, 4 of which came forward for salvation. There are also 5 additional students who have registered to attend! The second training I was able to assist with took me all the way to Georgia. This training course, Teaching Children Effectively

(TCE) Level 1, is designed to offer a fresh approach to

Students of TCE Level1 evangelizing and teaching children. Based on spiritual and educational principles, the course provides the methods and procedures to lead children to Christ and immediately equips the believer to begin and sustain a ministry where he lives. This training also allowed me to become equipped as well since I also was able to become a credentialed instructor.

Reaching the keiki for Christ

Ministry & Support Updates

Also, Roger Roller Evangelistic Association has also joined Team Hawaii and they have begun supporting our ministry. We are blessed to have them on our team. I was also able to share about our ministry at two churches, Brookneal Baptist Church in Brookneal, VA as well as Clover Bottom Baptist Church in Naruna, VA within the last few weeks. We received a warm welcome and we are looking forward to future partnerships, whether in prayer or financially.

e have added four new supporters to our ministry since our last newsletter. Fellowship Community Church of Brookneal, VA has partnered with us to reach the keiki of Hawaii. We are blessed to have the Fellowship Community Ohana join Team Hawaii and we look forward to reaching both the keiki and people of Hawaii for Christ through their financial giving.

Along with these team members, we also had two individual supporters join our ministry. What a blessing!

Prayer Requests & Needs

e have 47% of our support still to raise in order to become fully supported. We cannot focus all our attention on the ministry until we have reached 100% of our support. We need your partnership to reach the keiki and people of Hawaii who are hungry for hope, hungry for love and are in desperate need of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Please seek the Lord in prayer to determine His will for you in our ministry and know that we are praying for you as you consider joining Team Hawaii. Please Pray That: We can raise all required support soon so that we can get to Hawaii by MAY 2012 The sale of our house The sale of our vehicle And that everything that has to happen for our move to Hawaii will go smoothly

We had a moving sale on Easter weekend, which was not the best, but still okay. We are having another moving sale on the 21st of April at Kristins parents house which is right off a major highway, so hopefully it will go better. Please pray that everything we have for sale will sell.
