Nigeria: This is a highly developing country. Environment is very good.

And country is full of resources, like- Minerals, petroleum products. Here there are lot of business opportunities, but local people are not dedicated towards work. Education system is also not capable enough to provide proper education. Here Majority of the businesses done by the foreigners. They tend to hire the work-force from outsiders- foreigners. The foreigners who are working here are Indians, Lebanese, Chinese, European, American. The mentioned for are in the descending order. European, Americans: majorities in oil industries Lebanese: They owe properties here & in construction, machineries & hotels industries. Indian: Service sectors, FMCG, Pharma, Trading (Import & Distribution) Chinese: Trading mainly (Importing from China & Distribution & sales locally) Indians are facing competition from Chinese people because of the price factor. Here the market is very big & potential locally . The people want cheaper products, quality no matters. So, Chinese & Pakistanis are taking advantage of the market. Some of the companies are importing the waste materials & very lower quality product & sale here.

The industrialisation starts here because of the natural resources like: Petroleum products. They don't have even sufficient refineries to refine their crude petroleum, for that they have to outsource the crude to refine the petroleum product. Because of the petroleum, the big banners like shell, Oando, Total enter into the market & bring work force from outside. To support their function Lebanese people came here & started to building an infrastructure here. For them Indians came for the food products, Pharma & likewise. - Productions by locals is nothing. So any production company can come. - There is not any single government nationalise bank, all are private & earning a lots because of the security reasons- people tend to take bank service & keep their money safe. - There is only one insurance company. - No competition at all. - Power generation is very poor - Generator, Invertor company are working very well.

Even for power generation & Distribution TATA, ADANI & almost 15 -Indian big banners are coming here in very near future by merger with local companies. (Source: The Guardian, Nigerian Local Newspaper) No privatisation in power sector, But they will start very soon, Because they are not capable at all. - No good colleges & schools - Indians have a CBSE board school & for Britishers there is one British school. - Nigeria's Biggest pharma company is Ranbaxy. - Biggest FMCG company is CHI-VITA. Indian. - Medical service is very poor. They can come. There are very few good hospitals but very much expensive. - They don't have their own airline. Foreign players are earning a lot. There is an indian domestic airline in Nigeria. name- DANA airways. - Telecom services are very costly. No regularisation. one indian player is there - Multilinks Telecom

Working Environment: - No gender Bias. - Lots of corruption - Locals are not trustworthy - No price regularisation & quality standerds. - Companies are providing full services to Expatriates. like- Full accommodation, salary directly into their country's bank account, Local expenses, car, Airline ticket on monthly to twice in a year bases depending upon the position in the company.
