Fees The common Twinning manual (in effect since 1 September 2007) lays down standard fee rates for staff from mandated bodies according to three expert classes. Please refer to section 3.3 for details. Mandated bodies able to provide evidence that they cannot cover their staffs real gross salary costs with the standard fee rates, may apply for authorisation, under the responsibility of their Member State NCP, to charge up to an additional 100 Euro (see section 5.4 of the common Twinning manual). These non-standard fee rates are indicated in square brackets after the name of the institution. Institutions marked as Restricted are mandated to act in lieu of public administrations subject to the following restriction: neither the body itself nor any of its constituent members may respond, for a period of 2 years after the end of the Twinning project they have been involved in, to commercial calls for tender directly linked to the Twinning project.

Please refer to section 3.3 for details. Fees The common Twinning manual (in effect since 1 September 2007) lays down standard fee rates for staff from mandated bodies according to three expert classes. Please refer to section 3.3 for details. Mandated bodies able to provide evidence that they cannot cover their staffs real gross salary costs with the standard fee rates, may apply for authorisation, under the responsibility of their Member State NCP, to charge up to an additional 100 Euro (see section 5.4 of the common Twinning manual). These non-standard fee rates are indicated in square brackets after the name of the institution. Institutions marked as Restricted are mandated to act in lieu of public administrations subject to the following restriction: neither the body itself nor any of its constituent members may respond, for a period of 2 years after the end of the Twinning project they have been involved in, to commercial calls for tender directly linked to the Twinning project.
