Summary
I aim to work with a prominent team of designers that will increase my experience and understanding in the field of Interior Design. I have the creative and technical knowledge and skills needed to become a professional in the industry and is knowledgeable in the designing and crafting of spaces, furniture and lighting, creative problem solving, communication skills, building materials and construction, and 2D & 3D computer aided drafting. Education I started my Advanced Diploma in Interior Design at Raffles College of Higher Education, under the education brand Raffles Design Institute, in January 2008. After completing my Advanced Diploma in June 2010, and before commencing my degree in January 2011, I started an internship with Union Experience for 3 months as a Junior Designer, and then decided to challenge myself more in the working culture, and began working as an Events Manager, which roles included designing and organizing the layout of the spaces of the events I planned. I then graduated with my Bachelor of Design in Interior Design in December 2011.

Events Manager August - December 2010 Sports and Wellness Pte Ltd During the 5 months of working with Sports and Wellness, I developed the ability to come up with various designs for the different themes and layouts for various events. I also developed great people skills through meeting the clients, and communicating and presenting my ideas to them. Junior Designer April - July 2010 Union Experience ( Leo International Design Group ) *referral attached* During my 3 months long internship at Union as a Junior Designer, I assisted in the space planning and construction drawings for various residential and commercial projects. I created and rendered 2D & 3D drawings for presentations to clients, and came up with various conceptual mood boards to assist in the presentations of design proposals. Secretary/Receptionist March - August 2007 Loadcell Services Pte Ltd ( Offshore Industry ) During my part-time work at Loadcell Services, I attended to administrative tasks, and assisted my employer in phone calls and appointments with clients.
