NOTE: All attendance percentages will be based on the online roster that each chapter president is responsible for updating each quarter. This number must reflect your chapter size following spring recruitment. Philanthropy Fundraising Campaign Each chapter can obtain maximum points by raising $2,500.00 Chapters can choose to hold their own events to raise money Friends, family, alumni, and fellow students can help a chapter meet their goal by participating in the chapter fundraising events and pie throwing event. Members outside the chapter are also able to donate funds through the online donation page.

Wishing Wells Chapters will receive 10 points for creating a wishing well with their chapter letts on it and bringing it to the Greek Week Council meeting on Thursday, January 19th. 5 points will be given to chapters who fail to bring their wishing well to the meeting on January 19 th, but who provide a picture via email by 11:59pm on January 19th. Money donated to the wishing well should be turned in to the Greek Week Treasurer NO LATER THAN Friday, April 13th.
Bearcat Bowl VI 1:30p-3:30p Bearcat Fan Zone, Sheakley Lawn o There will be live music, food and beer for sale, games, cornhole pep rally o Chapter members are encouraged to come support the Make-A-Wish Dunk Tank o Each dunk is costs $1, and all proceeds go towards The Make-A-Wish Foundation 3:30p-4:15 Check in for the Bearcat Bowl VI o Chapter members must check in during the designated time o No points are awarded, but a cash prize will be given o Fraternity attendance: 1st place $300, 2nd place $200, 3rd place $100 o Sorority attendance: 1st place $300, 2nd place $200, 3rd place $100 4:00pm-5:30pm Bearcat Bowl VI

Greek Sing Competition (formerly known as God and Goddess) Set-up, tear down, and performance must be NO MORE than 10 minutes o A buffer time for set-up (for bands only) will be allowed o For EVERY minute after the allotted time, teams will be penalized 10% of total possible points Each act must be present and pass through preliminaries Chapters may not repeat acts performed in past years o Previous winners who perform the same act as in previous years will be disqualified during the preliminaries based on the judges discretion No lip syncing will be permitted The next act performing must be backstage by the start of the prior performance In order to participate, the chapter must pass through the preliminary round and present their costume to an Executive Board member (either modeled on a chapter member, a picture, sketch, or the actual costume) at preliminaries, or before 11:59pm on Sunday April 15th. o A CD of the chapters team music and a copy of their script (if applicable) must be provided This CD can be taken and used at preliminaries and the day of finals

Lip Sync Competition Set-up, tear down, and performance must be no more than 10 minutes o For each minute after the allotted time, teams will be penalized 10% of total possible points Final act must be present at the preliminaries, incomplete acts will not be permitted to perform at the final competition A CD of your groups music and sheet with the written lyrics or script must be provided at preliminaries o This CD will be used on the day of finals o Only words on the track may be synced no other vocals are permitted A sound system will be provided for both the prelims and the finals In order to participate, the chapter must pass through the preliminary round and present their costume to an Executive Board member (either modeled on a chapter member, a picture, sketch, or the actual costume) at preliminaries, or before 11:59pm on Sunday April 15th Participants are allowed to be of ANY major The act performed at preliminaries MUST be the same act as the final act o Any major changes will result in disqualification and a loss of participation points plus 10 additional points

Greek Week Amazing Race The final event of Greek Week will be the Amazing Race on Friday April 20th on Main Street (Bearcat Plaza). Members of the Greek Community will form teams of 2 who will participate in the race. The race consists of 20 stations set up by Greek Community members. Teams will be sent out in threes to go to each station and complete the task presented to them. Each station, after the completion of the task, will send the team to the next station until all 20 stations have been visited. Three teams will start at the same time from the starting point (TUC steps). They will be sent to the first station where they will complete a task or challenge designed to be finished in 1 minute. There will be a 5 minute maximum for each station. After completing a task, or being sent on after 5 minutes, each team will receive a card. Each card will contain an image that will direct them to the next station. This will continue until all 20 stations are completed. After about 7 minutes the next set of 3 teams will be released from the starting point to begin the Amazing Race. This will continue until all teams have finished the race. Chapters may have NO MORE than 1 team participate in the race Points will be awarded for the winning team for fraternities and sororities, in addition to participation

Egg Toss 2 players from each chapter must participate All teams compete at the same time Team players will start 5 yard apart from each other After each toss, players will move 2 more yards apart from each other alternating after each toss When the teams egg breaks, they are eliminated from the game No gloves or sticky equipment may be worn Any player crossing the designated line while tossing or catching will be disqualified The last three teams with unbroken eggs will determine 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places by elimination If two or more teams competing for a place position break their eggs on the same toss, their eggs will be replaced and they will try their toss again until winners are determine NOTE: Judges reserve the right to disqualify a team at their discretion in any event for any acts deemed inappropriate for the competition Greek Games point system for each event 1st Place 2nd Place 3rd Place Participation

Pie Eating 1 participant per chapter 1 person to hold the pie for the participant is allowed Each fraternity/sorority competitor will be given a pie at the beginning of the competition Fraternities and Sororities will compete separately If the pie is spit out or if it interferes with another participant, he/she will be disqualified Hands will need to remain behind the participants back The participant CAN NOT drink any liquids while eating the pie Participants may disqualify themselves if they cant eat anymore Water will be provided to the participants as soon as they finish or are disqualified Each participant will be timed separately The time will stop when the pie has completed been eaten 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places will be awarded for both fraternities and sororities based on best times
