Document: From 3MS website, we can download the URFSTG documents, including OMC operation guideline, KPI monitoring and improvement guideline etc. RAN 12 UMTS reference including counter reference, alarm reference, MML reference etc.

Optimization SOP: 1. Check the KPI daily report and identify the degraded KPI 2. Identify the TopN cells and the degradation time 3. Check the alarms for topN cells, also check whether some operation or activity is done at TopN cells 4. Common troubleshooting method for TopN cell: Optimization the neighbor (Intra-freq neighbor, IRAT neighbor) Parameter tuning RF tuning Apply some algorithm 5. Common problems which lead to bad KPI or degradation Site alarm or site down Weak coverage (use Nastar to check the coverage) Pilot pollution or Missing neighbors (use Nastar to check) Other reasons (use NP Master to analysis)

Weekly Remain problem tracker We may find some issue which take long time to solve or need other department or RCOM to solve. This kind of issues aresite down, site alarms, external interference, other issues. We record this kind of issues and push related team to solve.

Performance analysis report Make the report and need communicate with RCOM circle team.
