So the lesson is: o Stop the Traffic Best option o Control/Manage the traffic Better option o Learn to switch off Because

o Past is past, you cannot do anything less, regrets & lesson learnt which could be good or bad so stop the traffic(Think less)

o Future is ahead, do visualize but what can you do about the uncontrollables ? So manage the traffic (Think less). o Present is he actual essence & asset, which we have. Live in present. Enjoy what so ever social, official, private or societal role you are performing or bestowed with. So let this traffic flow! (Do more). o This applies to when we say that have a work life balance! or Atlas employees have three lives o Work Life o Family Life o Social Life o Learn to switch off-your mind! How to do that? o Being an employee (Private or self employment) we all work with a certain routine. Say 9-5 corporate life. o In 9-5 life, mostly we have lunch/prayer break & then final break at 5pm .We practice switch off lights (un-necessary) and other electric gadgetries during lunch, prayer or break offs! Thats the time to give a break to your mind/soul as well so link mind with this physical activity & Switch off. o Being Muslim we offer 5 times prayers-That is the time to switch off & connect your soul with the GOD.We also call that khushoo, khuzoo, meaning you are conversing with the GOD. o For others, who do not believe in GOD-they might create a link with some sort of Divine Energy because in absence of that, there would be no connection. o Thats how we can learn to switch off, stop and control or manage the traffic. As a result, we would be with desired stress levels only, which is otherwise, must for life. o We would be out of vicious circle, by switch off, we would be putting our waste thoughts into re-cycle bin and ultimately throwing that away. That would make us light, feel happy and generate frequencies of positivism, peace and happiness from our bodies and make the surrounding environment peaceful, happy and relaxed. o We may apply to our lives the theory of U-Bend of life/happiness while interacting with others on personal, social and official platform. Negative attitude is like a punctured tyre. You cannot reach anywhere until you change it
