Candle Magic
Steps: 1. Select the appropriate color 2. Scribe (write) your desire 3. Annoint using essential or drawing oil 4. Charge with intent by holding the candle in your hands and speaking your desire outloud 5. Place your candle in its stand 6. Light it 7. Speak your charm or spell 8. Allow the candle to burn out on its own in a SAFE place. I usually use my sink or bathub.

*Remember... always cast your circle before you cast your spell and always take up your circle when youre nished. The candle doesnt need to burn down in the circle.

Heres where it can get confusing. When drawing widdershins, you start at the center of the spiral and draw out. When drawing deosil, you start at the END of the spiral and draw inward.

Pentagrams

The difference is this: If youre invoking a spell for communication then youd use the invoking AIR pentagram... for love or divination, water; for money or heath, earth; for protection, re. With banishing its pretty much the same... to stop communication or travel, air; to break up a relationship or block psychic ability, water; to make someone lose nacially or to take away good health, earth; to banish negative or harmful energy, re.
