Charges: 1. 2x Falsifying Documents- Faked an Employment and Membership Form 2. 2x Harassing Staff- Used a Private Number, called Mokoto, Blabbered Nonsense, and Hung Up. 3. 2x Cyber Terrorism- Caused 2 of our Official Websites to Shut Down 4. 3x of Attempted Cyber Terrorism- The exact number of sites he reported isnt known but the Grou.ps and Department of Multimedia were 2 of them 5. 3x Wasting Staff Time 6. 1x Threaten Physical Violence (towards Staff)- He threaten to basically have some people kick Mokotos ass. Requested Course of Action: Perma Ban I.P.'s Report Incident to School(by Federal Law) Publish Personal Information on the Web Inform Wikisposure- results may end in him being listed as a Pedophile

Evidence: Email Host all come from MSN A Trace of 3 Emails gave a hit on the Same State, 2 in the same Cities(Using the same ISP) o o Minnesota University/Collage Comcast Cable

Two of the Three Emails were accessed from the same 2 I.P.'s Noneya hates My Fucking Guts. Less than 24 hours after sending a Email to one of the Emails, explaining my evidence. Flatchan's Owner finally returned my email using his original account.

Complete Incident Summary: Noneya first made contact with me on 6/28/09, sometime after I sent a Complaint to his website about my I.P. being banned for my Anti-Pedophile View Points. I basically told him that the LDTF would launch a Cyber Attack on his site if he continued his activities. He claimed not to know what I was talking about. He also said he had my I.P. and "any Virtual Attack is considered an "Act of Terrorism."

We argued about Pedophilia after that then on 6/30 he said, "I've dealt with little shits like you before, and they all left the internet in shame. It would be a good idea to back down right now before shit gets ugly for you. You have to understand, I have a team of people behind me that will stop at nothing to make your life a living hell, people who are online about 80% of the day. Hell, Ive even got 2 people willing to drive out to the Chesapeake area to find your little cunt and kick the the out of you...Just sayin, it would be smart to back down now." Then from 7/1/09-7/17/09, he didnt contact me. But on 7/18/09 after False Rumors of my Death started to spread like a Mid Summer Wildfire after a Major Drought, he contacted me again. With "concerns" on if the rumors were true or not. Attempts to contact him after this day failed...sorta... On 7/29/09, there was a request of employment by a person under the User Name "Higurashi Lover." He was requesting to be employed as the LDTF Director or Chief Information Officer. It was done using I.P. 173.21.212.36. I made contact with the person, via email, the next day. He made the following claims: He said he was... Only active on the forum Renchan, and while using that forum he reported Pedo Activity. Active Contributor on notfourchan.net Use to be a Member with Flatchan, but stopped going due to the Pedo Activity Wont even go near Lolicon-R-Us due to their Pedo Activity A "Janitor" on 4chan, by "clean[ing] the pedo scum of the boards"

He closed the message out with a Signature that said, "Death to pedos ~Desu" I made plans to meat him on a chatroom in 2 days. I began to suspect that it was a fake, and that more then likely it was Noneya. But I played along with him, thinking that I'd break him in to telling the truth. On the planed meeting day, he said he had to, "go with my gf to her grandparents for lunch..." I did an I.P. Trace on his Request form's I.P. It came back as being a location in Chanhassen, MN. I traced the Flatchan Email and the Higurshi Lover(s)" email, and they came back as being both accessed from the same locations. So I asked him one question to confirm my suspicions: "Where do you live?" He told me "Atlanta, GA." So I decided to see if he'd crack so I told him I knew who was the person who reported Lolicon International's websites and that I'd Put the Person's Personal Information on the internet. I also included the fact that I knew what school the Person went to and Id report the persons activities to them. He responded with as if he was worried but attempted to remain in character, I realize you cant release the info, but if I was to take a guess it would be those goddamn pedos over at LRU, fuckers are going DOWN :3 I hate that place, fucking disgusting ass pedos So I woke him up to the reality and basically I told him, that I will release the information, and that Legal Issues by doing it didnt worry me at all. Heres what I said: ..I can release his information. I know it maybe illegal, but I dont care for pedophiles and there supporters, defenders, ect... So ALL the information will be released City, State, School, Address, Email, I.P. all released... I guess since you will be a part of the staff soon, I can tell you this. Keep it secret. Our Research has shown that the person who reported the websites was actually the Owner of Flatchan. His email I.P. got a hit from a Minnesota School(University/Collage). I tried to form a Mutual Friendship with him and his site, but they banned my I.P. for my Opinions. So I tried Emailing him, but he soon stopped returning my messages. So I have decided to make his Social and Virtual Life a living hell. I will call his collage and inform them of what I know. in his state, collages have the ability to find out who logged on to a computer if there is enough information is provided. I have

that info. So they are going to more then likely Kick him outta school and then his Social life will be next. This is gonna be fun as hell. He has FUCKED with the wrong person and now he's gonna pay! There is some more information about this case, but thats not being released to anyone outside of the Executive Staff. He didnt respond after thator so I believed. Later that Night, I was doing something and I heard my Phone ringing. I ignored it. Later I checked who it was and it said Private. I through, I bet it was Noneya. But I through maybe not. I wasnt expecting the caller to call back. He did. I picked up the Phone and it said Private. I answered it. After a pause the voice responded with something similar to I got the wrong number. Then it disconnected. Then my previous believe that I had on who it was at first completely died(kinda). Then at 10:31pm(ESDT), while my Girlfriend was taking a shower, I was watching Ice Road Truckers on the History Channel. Suddenly I received a Phone Call again. This time I picked up and said Mokoto: Pedophile Exterminator! The person on the other end said so that is your real name! I said yep, and asked who it was that is calling. He said, and I quote, We will never forget, We will never forgive. I then through to myself, oh shit. The Person on the other line admitted to Reporting the Websites. I said I had 6 Suspects. He said he had used an Proxy called Chore or something like that. Which allowed him to remain anonymous. He threaten to Publish my Phone Number, Name, and Email on the internet. I told him I dont give a shit. Yada yada yada, He closed out the conversation with We will never forget, we will never forgive. And He hung up. At that point I was pissed off. Not due to the Threat, but because he used a Private Number AND Hung the fuck up!!! But then I began to be concerned for the safety of [censored name]. So I grabbed my gun, Locked all the Doors and Windows, and Stayed next to her all night. I also used Twitter to tell who ever called me to email me and stop threaten me and that if he hurts my girl, Id kill him. Shes a Child You Stupid Pedophile I said in the end. The next day, I logged on to the Computer and saw an Email from Anon Emouse(anon692009@live.com). He claimed responsibility for the Phone Call. I traced the Email and the hit came from Minneapolis, MN. He has made and is still attempting to report all our websites to the Hosting Website. To date, he still has been sending Emails to me.
