Postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline. Research experience (to include a period of study towards a postgraduate qualification or a period gained as an employee on a funded research project or in an academic post) during which the candidate will have acquired significant research knowledge and capability in a topic relevant to the post. Evidence of research/consultancy experience in the property or housing disciplines. Experience of contribution to teaching. Experience in the use of quantitative/statistical methods or GIS as applied to property market analysis. Experience of presenting research findings at conferences/seminars. Evidence of ability to plan and meet deadlines.
