How to make Stir Fry

Equipment:
Chef's Knife Paring Knife Cutting Board Peeler Waste Bowl Wok Spatula Stove Plate for serving the dish

Ingredients:
1 Tofu 1 Garlic 1 Carrot 1 Cauliflower 1 small piece of Ginger 1 Broccoli 1 Onion 1 Cabbage 2 Mushrooms (small) 2 pieces of Baby Corn a teaspoon of Black Pepper 1 tablespoon of Oil 2 tablespoons of Oyster Sauce 2 tablespoons of Soy Sauce 2 tablespoons of Hoisin Sauce 1 small bottle of water (you wont use a lot of the water though)

Recipe:
(REMEMBER TO READ TIPS AT THE END BEFORE YOU START TO COOK)

1. Cut all vegetables a. Mince the Garlic b. Mince/Cut the Ginger in Julienne c. Cut the Carrots into whole slices or Julienne d. Dice the Baby Corn or Julienne them e. Cut the Cauliflower into big pieces (half of half) f. Shred the Cabbage g. Dice the Broccoli h. Wedge/Dice the Onions i. Dice the Tofu j. Cut the Mushroom into whole slices 2. Put your Wok on the Stove 3. Turn on the Stove 4. Add in the Garlic and Ginger 5. Watch the Garlic and Ginger brown for a minute 6. When it browns, put in the Tofu 7. Watch the Tofu brown for about 2 minutes (start turning them after 1 minute) 8. Add in the diced Onion 9. Place in the Cauliflower 10. Following on to the Cauliflower, add in the Whole sliced Carrots 11. Mix in the Diced Broccoli 12. Stir all those vegetables for a while (about a minute or 2) 13. Pour in the Hoisin Sauce

14. Melt in the Soy sauce 15. Blend in the Oyster sauce 16. Add in all the remaining vegetables (Mushroom and Baby Corn) 17. Pour in a a cup of Water 18. Spread a sprinkle a teaspoon of Black Pepper 19. Stir and blend everything until you think your dish is ready (about 2-5 minutes) 20. Taste your dish and do the final touches to it in the Wok 21. Put your dish in a Plate and garnish it! 22. Serve your ready-to-eat Stir Fry! TIME TO MAKE: around 45 minutes

Tips:
Dry the Tofu before cutting it Add in water if the Tofu is sticking to the Wok Your food will start sprinkling little bits of water/sauce, which is called SPITING You can put in your sauces in any order but the oil has to be the first thing you put in Taste your dish as you finish a step or 2 in this procedure You can cut the vegetables in any order You are free to cut the vegetables in any way you like If you cut one vegetable, make the same vegetable the same size and style (e.g. if you cut the carrots into whole slices, keep all the carrot into whole slices and the same size.) BE CREATIVE!!
