Guilty of Treason

against the King of Kings

A trumpet blast against the wickedness of the

people and Government of Australia with an
earnest call to personal and national repentance,
also a solemn warning of God’s fierce wrath and
judgment on those who continue in their rebellion.

Righteousness exalts a nation: but sin is a reproach to

any people. (Pro14:34)

Shall even he that hates right govern? (Job 34:17)

The great God who formed all things is the King of the nations, (Jer10:7) (Psa 22:28)
and all men including the Kings and rulers of the earth are his subjects, (Psa 103:19)
yet mankind has turned aside from obeying the true sovereign to obey the lusts of their
own hearts, (Rom 3:10-19) (Eph 2:3) and they have set up the wicked to rule over them,
(Hos 8:4) and the people fear the wicked rulers and obey their statutes, (2Ki 17:7-8) yet
they have no fear of God, and transgress his law continually! As the well-known 19th
century preacher Charles Spurgeon said “Earth loves not her rightful monarch, but
clings to the usurper's sway”. The whole duty of man is to Fear God, and keeps his
commandments for God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing,
whether it be good, or whether it be evil. (Ecc 12:14) Nevertheless the civil rulers, the
religious leaders and the educators of this world, including and specially the parents,
cause those who are under their authority to err from God’s Commandments, “The
leaders of this people cause them to err; and they that are led of them are destroyed.”
(Isa 9:16)

For, behold, the LORD will come with fire, and with his chariots like a whirlwind, to
render his anger with fury, and his rebuke with flames of fire. For by fire and by his
sword will the LORD plead with all flesh: and the slain of the LORD shall be many.(Isa
66:15)

The Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels, In flaming fire
taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord
Jesus Christ: Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of
the Lord, and from the glory of his power. (2Th 1:7-9)

And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and
he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness
and wrath of Almighty God. And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name
written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS. (Rev 19:15-16)

The Lord at thy right hand shall strike through kings in the day of his wrath. He shall
judge among the heathen, he shall fill the places with the dead bodies; he shall wound
the heads over many countries. Psa (110:5-6)

Why shall the Lord Jesus Christ strike through kings in the day of his wrath? Because they do not
know God! Because they do not obey his Gospel! Because they do not rule according to his word!
Because they are in rebellion against the KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS!

God’s never ceasing mandate to rulers is;

“He that rules over men must be just, ruling in the fear of God” (2Sa 23:3)
Therefore, those who vote for rulers that do not know God, and are not committed to rule according
to the word of God, vote for evil and are partakers in the wickedness of those they vote for, and he
who votes for the lesser of two evils still votes for evil! Likewise when the Government is wicked
and the people do not oppose them, the people are judged guilty also, as the people of Judah were in
the days of Manasseh!

“Surely at the commandment of the LORD came this (judgment) upon Judah, to remove them
out of his sight, for the sins of Manasseh, (the King) according to all that he did” (2Ki 24:3)
Few people dare defy the rulers of this earth because they fear the power that rulers have, and they
love their lives enough to refrain from invoking their wrath, yet many will gladly disobey if they
believe they can go undetected and avoid punishment. But what madness and folly hath overtaken
mankind that they defy their Creator and Supreme Ruler from whom nothing is hidden and who has
omnipotent power to avenge himself on his enemies! (Rev 19:6) (Psa 92:9) (Isa 63:6) God shall
bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, (Ecc 12:14) King Jesus said “there is
nothing covered, that shall not be revealed; neither hid, that shall not be known”. (Luk 12:2) Though
some may absurdly believe they can hide their wickedness from God. (Isa 29:15) (Psa 94:8-9) yet
every thought word and deed is known to him and shall be exposed on the Day of Judgment. (Rom
2:16) (Rev 20: 10-15) Sadly this truth is so lightly brushed off by the sinners of the earth because
they are not punished for their wickedness immediately, in their blindness they fail to see that God is
giving them space to repent, or they foolishly think they will repent later, and so they continue to do
evil, as Solomon the wise said “Because sentence against an evil work is not executed speedily,
therefore the heart of the sons of men is fully set in them to do evil.” (Ecc 8:11)

In light of all this, it is of utmost necessity to those who will flee from the wrath to come, (Mat 3:7)
to know how it is that they offend against the Most High, and how they can be reconciled to him.

God’s moral law known as the Ten Commandments, states the following
1.Thou shalt have no other gods before me.
2.Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven
above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth: Thou shalt not bow down
thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of
the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me; And shewing
mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments.
3.Thou shalt not take the name of the LORD thy God in vain; for the LORD will not hold him
guiltless that taketh his name in vain.
4.Remember the sabbath day, to keep it holy.
Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work:
But the seventh day is the sabbath of the LORD thy God: in it thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor
thy son, nor thy daughter, thy manservant, nor thy maidservant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is
within thy gates: For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is,
and rested the seventh day: wherefore the LORD blessed the sabbath day, and hallowed it.
5.Honour thy father and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which the LORD thy
God giveth thee.
6.Thou shalt not kill.
7.Thou shalt not commit adultery.
8.Thou shalt not steal.
9.Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour.
10.Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's wife, nor his
manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is thy neighbour's. (Exo
20:3 -17)

They that forsake the law praise the wicked: but such as keep
the law contend with them. Pro 28:4
Many say that God no longer requires people to obey his moral law, because say they, we are not
under law but under grace, in this they mistake being free from the curse of the law, for being free to
transgress the law! Because none are under grace save those who have repented from transgressing
God’s law and put their faith in Jesus Christ! (Act 13:39)(Rom 3:24) All others remain under the
condemnation and curse of the law! (2Pe 2:14) (Mat 25:41) Those who are under grace are so
because Christ received the curse of the law on their behalf when he died on the cross, (Gal 3:13) but
God forbid that those who have been forgiven on account of Christ should think that they are now
free to transgress the Law! Christ died to save his people from their sins and sin is the transgression
of God’s law! (1Jo 3:4) What then? shall we sin (transgress the law) because we are not under
the (curse of the) law, but under grace? God forbid. (Rom 6:15) What a monstrous doctrine it is
that teaches those who trust in Christ are free to transgress the law! “Do we then make void the law
through faith? God forbid: yea, we establish the law.” (Rom 3:31) the law is holy, and the
commandment holy, and just, and good. (Rom 7:12)

I repeat, the Gospel of the grace of God is no lawless Gospel, but men are called by it to exercise
repentance toward God as well as faith toward our Lord Jesus Christ! (Act 20:21) God commands
all men every where to repent (Act 17:30) So then if a man is to repent toward God, he must first
understand how he offends God, I think that most people know that God is offended by sin; but what
is sin? Sin is the transgression of God’s law! (1Jo 3:4) (Rom 4:15) Repentance therefore necessitates
that men cease to transgress God’s law; and obey it.

Seeing then that the law is established, it is important to consider that the law of God extends to the
mind as well as to the actions, “the LORD looks on the heart.” (1Sa 16:7) Men cannot serve the true
and living God, unless they tear down the idols of their mind, and give God the pre-eminence in their
thoughts. The thought of foolishness is sin” (Pro 24:9) “out of the heart proceed evil thoughts,
murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies:” (Mat 15:19) The law then
applies to the thoughts, as well as the actions. The first commandment “Thou shalt have no other
gods before me.” Condemns having false notions of God, as much it condemns serving baal, for if a
man has false notions he will serve those false notions rather than God! The seventh commandment,
“Thou shalt not commit adultery” applies to adulteress thoughts as well as to the physical act! Jesus
Christ taught “whosoever looks on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her
already in his heart” (Mat 5:28) To entertain theft in your thoughts, is a violation of the eighth
commandment, Thou shalt not steal..

T herefore in light of the inward requirement of the law, who can honestly examine himself and say
that he has not transgressed every commandment? (Rom 3:19) even if it were possible that some
have not broken every commandment, “whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one
point, he is guilty of all.” (Jam 2:10) But there is hope for the guilty, God has given surrender terms
and the good message is that he graciously offers full and free pardon for those who repent and
believe on the eternal Son of God Jesus Christ, who left his glory in heaven and came to earth to
redeem sinners who were under the curse of the law! (Gal 3:13) (Rev 5:9) He was born of the virgin
Mary, (Mat 1:18-25) and being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and was obedient
unto death, even the death of the cross.(Phi 2:8) He died not on account of any sin that he had
committed, but on account of the sins of others, for he was a substitute for the guilty, “Christ also
hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God” (1Pe 3:18) After
Christ died he rose from the dead on the third day, (Luk 24:1-8) (1Co 15:3-4) and forty days after his
resurrection he ascended to heaven, (Act 1:3-11) he is now seated at the right hand of his Father,
interceding for those who come unto God by him. (Rom 8:34) (Heb 7:25) Reconciliation with God is
not achieved through obedience to the law, (for the law condemns but does not reconcile) and no
man shall be justified by the works of the law (Gal 2:16) Reconciliation is through the mediator
between God and men, “Jesus Christ” (1Ti 2:5) (2Co 5:18-21) Neither is there salvation in any other:
for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. (Act 4:12)
I implore all who have not yet come to God by Jesus Christ to do so now, “be ye reconciled to God.”
Confess your sins to God, acknowledge before him that you are horribly unjust, that you have
transgressed his law, that you deserve eternal death, (For the wages of sin is death) (Rom 6:23)
and believe that the death of Jesus Christ on the cross satisfied God’s wrath against the sin of all
who will call upon him in repentance, (1Jo 4:10) “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the
Lord shall be saved” (Rom 10:13) Call upon him now in repentance and ask for forgiveness.
There is no other way of salvation. Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved,
(Act 16:31) The Lord has given assurance that he who comes to him he will in no wise cast out.
(Joh 6:37) What is to be more sought after than salvation in Christ? Those who have trusted him
have peace with God: (Rom 5:1) the wrath that God has against those who transgress his law
(Rom 4:15) is not against those who believe in Christ! For Christ has already endured the wrath
of God on their behalf! The law as the “ministration of condemnation” (2Co 3:9) and the
“ministration of death” (2Co 3:7) as it was in the hands of Moses is done away with for those
who have salvation in Jesus Christ! (Rom 8:1) Hallelujah! O death, where is thy sting? O grave,
where is thy victory? The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law. But thanks be to
God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. 1Co 15:55-57

He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not
see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him. (Joh 3:36)

If you have trusted Christ you need to understand that the law remains as a rule of life, not as a
ministration of condemnation, believers delight in it (Rom 7:22) (Psa 119:97) God has put his laws
into his peoples hearts, and written them in their minds (Heb 10:16) and they are inclined to obey
them, the commandments are no longer grievous to them (1Jo 5:3) as they are to the mind of the
carnal man “Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God,
neither indeed can be.” (Rom 8:7). “And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his
commandments. He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the
truth is not in him.” (1Jo 2:3-4)

It is true that the ceremonial and sacrificial laws of the Old Testament are the shadow of which
Christ is the substance, and now are no longer to be observed under this gospel dispensation, For it
is not possible that the blood of bulls and of goats should take away sins. (Heb 10:4) these old
testament offerings were merely pointing to the one sacrifice for sins forever which was the
death of Christ (Heb 10:12) it shall profit you nothing to be Circumcised in the flesh or to observe
ritual purifications, But God’s moral law is his unceasing definition of what is good and what is evil,
the law is holy, and the commandment holy, and just, and good. (Rom 7:12) and no man can disobey
the law without doing evil! Jesus Said “Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets:
I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.” (Mat 5:17)

After having discussed the abiding nature of God’s moral law in this dispensation, I shall return to
the duty of rulers in relation to it.

All legitimate authority is derived from God, whether civil, ecclesiastical, or parental, and it
therefore follows that those in authority must be subject to him, who has given them authority; they
are placed in authority as his servants and they must rule according to his law, they do not have the
right to redefine good and evil, God has already defined it!

Let every soul be subject unto the higher powers. For there is no power but of God: the powers
that be are ordained of God. Whosoever therefore resisteth the power, resisteth the ordinance
of God: and they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation. For rulers are not a terror
to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power? do that which is good,
and thou shalt have praise of the same: For he is the minister of God to thee for good. But if
thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister
of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil. (Rom 13:1-4)
When rulers redefine good and evil, and rule over people according to their own laws that are
contrary to God’s laws, those who obey their ungodly laws rebel against God!

The government of Australia has redefined good and evil!

In Australia you can worship whatever god you like, you can bow down to any graven image you
like, you can take the Lord’s name in vain as many times as you like, you can profane the Sabbath as
many times as you like, you can dishonour your Father and Mother and be paid by the state to do it,
you can murder your own child whilst it is in the womb and be protected by the state, you can
commit adultery as many times as you like, you can steal as long as you are the government, you can
bear false witness against your neighbor and accuse him of being criminal for his frankly speaking
the truth (now defined as hate speech)! And you can covet your neighbor’s wife no problem and
even obtain her and your neighbors goods to go with her when the state awards her the larger portion
of her husband’s goods for her adultery! Further you can commit sodomy (homosexuality) and even
publicly parade in pride of this wickedness while many in the nation look on you with admiration,
even though “the LORD rained upon Sodom and upon Gomorrah brimstone and fire from the
LORD out of heaven;” (Gen 19:24) you can practice almost any form of witchcraft without fear of
punishment, even though God says “There shall not be found among you any one that maketh his
son or his daughter to pass through the fire, or that useth divination, or an observer of times,
or an enchanter, or a witch, Or a charmer, or a consulter with familiar spirits, or a wizard, or
a necromancer. For all that do these things are an abomination unto the LORD”(Deu 18:10 -
12) Also wicked books and items that are clearly blasphemous are freely available and wicked
images and words are openly and publicly displayed through TV sets, billboards, movie theatres,
magazine and newspapers etc.. All such abominations ought to be destroyed, and all those who do
wickedly ought to be punished for the rulers ought not to bear the sword in vain: they ought to be the
minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil. (Rom 13:4) But instead of
rulers that punish evil, we have a bunch of Bureaucrats on a power trip persecuting people for for
things that are no crimes at all! Just as in ancient Judah the civil rulers remove the boundaries that
God has set for them “The princes of Judah were like them that remove the bound: therefore I
will pour out my wrath upon them like water.” (Hos 5:10) So long as the earthly authorities are
in submission to God, governing in the boundaries that he has set for them, it is the duty of those
who rightly belong under their authority to obey them, or else they resist the ordinance of God, and
they that resist shall receive to themselves damnation. (Rom 13:2) But when any earthly authority
rebels against the King of Kings and Lord of Lords, and command anything contrary to him, whether
the King, President, Prime minister, police, Church elder or father in the home it is the duty of those
who are under these authorities and who should normally submit to them, to obey God rather than
man. (Act 5:29) Kings and all those in authority are to be God fearing men, who are able to execute
their office faithfully and wisely and the people should ask the Lord to provide such men “Thou shalt
in any wise set him king over thee, whom the LORD thy God shall choose: one from among thy
brethren shalt thou set king over thee” (Deu 17:15) If the people of this country would repent from
their own rebellion against God then they would only vote when there is men to vote for who will
uphold the law of God “able men, such as fear God, men of truth, hating covetousness” (Exo 18:21)
God is angry with those who set up the wicked to ruler over them "They have set up kings, but not
by me: they have made princes, and I knew it not"(Hos 8:4)What a glorious day it would be if the
people of this nation repented, and honoured God as their King, and refused to uphold and maintain
the tyrants who rule this country, and on election day no-one votes for the wicked, but the people
insist that they will only vote when there is God fearing men to vote for who who will uphold the
law of God, and that if they abuse their office by transgressing the law, they are to repent or be
removed. Does anyone in their right mind believe that John Howard , Kevin Rudd or any of the
other politicians running for office will actually uphold God’s Law in this country? There is the
Christian Democrats but they are allied with the Papal antichrist! There cannot be a godly candidate
in this corrupt political system and even if it was possible that the godly could without sinning run
for office in this corrupt political system, your vote would still go indirectly to the wicked!
Here is a qoute from the ABC’s How to vote guide “Can I deny my preferences to the major
parties? No. You must provide a valid preference for EVERY candidate on the ballot paper, or the
first preference for your candidate of choice will not count.”

What a great political system we have, you can vote for evil or you can vote for evil! In light of this
how can any Christian justify voting at the next election? It should greatly anger God’s people that
Howard and Rudd and their colleagues have sold themselves to work evil in the sight of the Lord,
(1Kings 21:20) (1Sa 15:11) and the thought of contributing to the rule of the wicked should be
considered a thing so abominable to them that would do all to the glory of God.

The head of state Queen Elizabeth in her coronation oath did promise to maintain the laws of God,
the true profession of the Gospel, and the protestant reformed religion established by law, to the
utmost of the Sovereign's power. We need rulers that not only take an oath to uphold the Law of
God, but who actually uphold it, we need leaders like the godly king Josiah, and unless there is a
government that is willing to rule like Josiah, it is a sin to vote! You can read about Josiah in 2
Kings chapter 22 and 23

Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing? The kings of the earth set
themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the LORD, and against his anointed,
saying, Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us. He that sitteth in the
heavens shall laugh: the Lord shall have them in derision. Then shall he speak unto them in his
wrath, and vex them in his sore displeasure. Yet have I set my king upon my holy hill of Zion. I will
declare the decree: the LORD hath said unto me, Thou art my Son; this day have I begotten thee.
Ask of me, and I shall give thee the heathen for thine inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth
for thy possession. Thou shalt break them with a rod of iron; thou shalt dash them in pieces like a
potter's vessel. Be wise now therefore, O ye kings: be instructed, ye judges of the earth. Serve
the LORD with fear, and rejoice with trembling. Kiss the Son, lest he be angry, and ye perish
from the way, when his wrath is kindled but a little. Blessed are all they that put their trust in
him. Psalm 2

Spurgeon Commenting on “Let us break their bands asunder.” Interprets it this way “Let us be free
to commit all manner of abominations. Let us be our own gods. Let us rid ourselves of all restraint.”
These are truly the sentiments of the people and government of Australia!

This wicked government of Australia does not wisely obey the command God has given to kings and
judges to “Serve the LORD with fear!” (Psa 2:11) they have forgotten God’s mandate that;

“He that ruleth over men must be just, ruling in the fear of God.” 2Sa 23:3

They do not recognise that the kingdom is the Lord’s that he is the head above all! (1Ch 29:11)

Therefore this wicked government and the people who vote for them shall be broken with a rod of
iron; king Jesus shall dash them in pieces like a potter's vessel.

The rebellious people of this land have sold themselves to work evil in the sight of the Lord, not only
because of there own evil deeds in transgressing God’s law, but also because they uphold and
support the transgressors who rule this country, they like the people of Judah shall surely incur
God’s judgment upon themselves both for their own sins and because they do nothing about the
abominations of the rulers. Surely at the commandment of the LORD came this upon Judah, to
remove them out of his sight, for the sins of Manasseh, according to all that he did; (2Ki 24:3)

John Knox the Scottish reformer commenting on the above verse rightly says;
"Jerusalem and Judah were punished for the sins of Manasseh; if you allege they were punished,
because they were wicked, and not because the king was wicked; the Scripture says expressly, for
the sins of Manasseh, yet will I not absolve the people, I will grant the whole people offended with
their king, but how? To affirm that all Judah committed the acts of his impiety, hath no certainty;
who can think, that all Jerusalem should turn idolaters immediately after Hezekiah’s notable
reformation? One part therefore willingly followed him in his idolatry, the other suffered him, and so
were criminal of his sin; even as Scotland is guilty of the Queen’s idolatry this day."

Jeremiah warned the people of Judah to turn from their evil ways and his words are very relevant to
this nation “Thus saith the LORD….. speak unto all the cities of Judah……And thou shalt say
unto them, Thus saith the LORD; If ye will not hearken to me, to walk in my law, which I have
set before you, To hearken to the words of my servants the prophets….Then will I make this
house like Shiloh, and will make this city a curse to all the nations of the earth.” (Jer 26:2,4-6)

“Therefore now amend your ways and your doings, and obey the voice of the LORD your
God; and the LORD will repent him of the evil that he hath pronounced against you…But
know ye for certain, that if ye put me to death, ye shall surely bring innocent blood upon
yourselves, and upon this city, and upon the inhabitants thereof: for of a truth the LORD hath
sent me unto you to speak all these words in your ears.” (Jer 26:13,15)

The people of this country transgress God’s law and are blameless in the eyes of the government, yet
just like in Judah as in the case of Jeremiah, the unjust judges condemn the just!

Pro 17:15 He that justifieth the wicked, and he that condemneth the just, even they both are
abomination to the LORD.

This government is the exact opposite of the rulers that the apostle Paul spoke of in Romans 13 to
which a Christian for conscience sake ought to be subject to,(Rom 13:5) for he that does evil goes
unpunished, and they who do well are not praised but persecuted. Paul certainly did not have Roman
authorities in mind when he wrote "For rulers are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt
thou then not be afraid of the power? do that which is good, and thou shalt have praise of the same: "
History bears witness that the Roman Authorities did not praise the Christians for doing that which
is Good, but persecuted, imprisoned and killed them. Paul also warned the believers against going to
law before the unjust (1Co 6:1) By which he meant before the wicked authorities. The fact that he
prudently appealed to caesar to preserve his life from the wrath of his own countrymen , is no
evidence that he endorsed the rule of the Romans, for how can a God fearing man endorse that which
God condemns? God had already told Paul as thou hast testified of me in Jerusalem, so must thou
bear witness also at Rome (Act 23:11) Paul was glad of the opportunity to testify to the Roman
authorities and to take the gospel to Rome which he did.

The government of this country is none other than a throne of iniquity and as God has no fellowship
with it, men should have no allegiance to it! “Shall the throne of iniquity have fellowship with thee,
which frames mischief by a law?” (Psa 94:20) Framing mischief by a law is what wicked rulers
specialise in, they make all manner of crimes legal including condemning the righteous by means of
wicked statutes and while many who claim the name of Christ insist that such wicked governments
are lawful, the truth is Government is lawful not wicked government. God has given no
commandment authorising the wicked to rule, but he expressly commands “He that ruleth over
men must be just, ruling in the fear of God.” 2Sa 23:3 and when wicked men usurp the office of
the righteous it is a horrible thing "When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice: but when
the wicked beareth rule, the people mourn." (Pro 29:2) However, God shall bring the wicked to
account for their atrocities and when he does they shall be sorry that they were ever born. (Rev
19:11-20) (Rev 20: 10-15) Seeing it is a righteous thing with God to recompense tribulation to them
that trouble you;And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed
from heaven with his mighty angels, In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God,
and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ: Who shall be punished with everlasting
destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power; (2Th1:6-9)
It is an abomination to kings to commit wickedness: for the throne is established by
righteousness.Pro 16:12 A Government that is not established by righteousness, that does not
uphold God's law is an unlawful government and although God in his providence has a purpose in
letting the wicked rule, they are no more to be regarded as lawful than King Pharoah of Egypt, who
said, "Who is the LORD, that I should obey his voice ....? I know not the LORD!" (Exo 5:2)
Like Pharoah This Government is an Idol, a false god that has been set up in opposition to the true
and living God and what agreement shall God’s people have with an idol? 2Co 6:16
The much talked about “MARK OF THE BEAST” mentioned in Revelation 13 is allegiance to a
wicked civil government; it is a badge of servitude to an ungodly government which is the servant of
Satan!

God's people would rather lose their heads than submit to the beast!

For when those in authority resist the Lord, God's people resist them.

May all who fear God in this land, resist ungodly rulers, by;

1. Honouring God as their supreme ruler, (Jer10:7) (Psa 22:28) (1Ch 29:11)

2. By praying for the downfall of the government that is established by wickedness.

(Psalm 94)

3. By refusing to acknowledge the wicked as lawful civil power because they do not rule in
the fear of God by upholding the Law of God (Exo18:21) ( Deut 17:14-19) (Hos 8:4)
(1Ch 12:38) (2Sa 16:18) (2Sa 23:3)(Rom 13:1-5)

4. By refusing to vote until there are God-fearing men running for office who will uphold
God's law. (Exo18:21) ( Deut 17:14-19) (Hos 8:4) (1Ch 12:38) (2Sa 16:18) (2Sa

6. By never fearing to do what is right, regardless of the consequences. The fear of man

And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear
him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell. (Mat 10:28 ) And they

hand to do so, has denied the faith! (1Ti 5:8)

And if you do these things you shall have the praise of God and all lawful authority; For rulers
are not a terror to good works, but to the evil. Wilt thou then not be afraid of the power? do that

But you should expect the wrath of the wicked! Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus
shall suffer persecution. (2Ti 3:12)

And I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God,
and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their
foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years. (Rev 20:4)
