FOCUS ON RELATED LEARNING EXPERIENCE: At the end of the health teaching program, the clients will have the desirable discipline, attitude, knowledge and skills on how to prevent from acquiring dengue. TIME ALLOTEMENT: The teaching plan exposure will be 15 minutes. SETTING: EBMC: PEDIA WARD DESCRIPTION OF LEARNERS: Adulthood parents who are heterogeneous with good intellectual maturity, majority are mothers. Almost all of them are housewife, having great time caring for their child/children in home.
PRE-REQUISITE OF THE EXPOSURE: The parents should have completed the 15 minutes health teaching. BRIEFING: 1. Introduction of self. 2. Stating the purpose of this health teaching. 3. Emphasizing the importance of good health. REQUIREMENTS OF EXPOSURE: None MODE OF EVALUATION: Hospital survey/statistics if the number of dengue cases decreases after a week.
