1. Only a general reference to the spaces where the studies will take place is made in the proposal.

Please specify: a) how you will achieve access to the several sports facilities, The main part of the experiment will be held at the Cyprus Tennis Federation tenniscourts and training facilities and most of the physiological testing will be conducted at the laboratory at the E.U.C. Research Centre Ltd which is only separated by 10minwalk from the CTF tennis facilities. . b) how you will ensure that the spaces, in which measurements and activities will take place, are appropriate The research center conforms to laws and regulations for research in Cyprus. Furthermore other similar projects have both been successfully conducted and are running right now within the same institution. c) if the two different studies/measurements will take place at the same or at different spaces (sports facilities or labs of the Scientifically Responsible). In this second case, it should be explained to the volunteers (in the form EEBK03) that they have to come to different places. We intend to conduct all the experiments at the same place. The training and recording phase will be done at the Cyprus Tennis Federation tennis courts and the testing at the E.U.C. Research Centre Ltd. 2. Please mention: a) if the study will be funded by another institution in case its not funded by the IPE and/or b) if the study will not be carried out if not funded by the IPE. This study is co-funded by the French company Nutratletic. 3. In the form EEBK02, page 38, it says the archives will be destroyed 10yrs after the completion of the study while in the form EEBK03, page 6, it says personal data will be destroyed 5 yrs after the completion of the study. Please specify who will provide medical assistance and who will cover medical (plus medication) expenses in case any health-problem or -complication of the participants occurs during this research project. The E.U.C. Research Centre Ltd will cover all the expenses in case any complications occur to the subjects. 5. The Committee wishes to receive documentation data for the safety of using Neutraperf. Please also inform us who will pay for the provision of Nutraperf for this study. Nutrathletic will provide us with the Nutraperf sports drinks. (For safety documentation see attached document). 6. In the form EEBK02, pages 34/42, wherever the use of placebo is mentioned, it is written that it is N/A. Please correct this since placebo is going to be used. Done
