Sibar diary management system takes care of all the typical activities of a company . It integrates Inventory Management System, Invoice System, Payroll System and Lab Test. The procurement department procures the milk from various places in and around villages and the details of procurement are recorded . These procured milk samples are sent to lab for testing and the testing details are computerized. After processing of milk they are packed into different sizes according to the quatity and the details of available stock are computerised. They are then delivered to the sub-distributors according to their orders . The bills are generated according to their orders,credit period and further orders are taken from them. It also includes payroll system which tracks the details of all the employees in the company , their salary details , PF details , Leaves etc. It includes detailed reports for every activity in the company.The system also features Auto generation of Supplier Code, Customer code, and order number and invoice number.
