Welcome to CONTROLLED PREMONITION FAMILY NETWORK, a growing organization respected for producing safe, fun and controlled environments for our family, artists and supporters. CP FAMILY NETWORK is a collective of unique and talented individuals that help in the production of our affiliated events and festivals. Our goal is to continue growing a visionary network into a global awareness of unity through our creative expressions ~ music, dance, art and knowledge. We feel that through community gatherings, experiential learning and creative exchange; we can strengthen connections between people, communities, and the earth. CP FAMILY NETWORK is a family team. Each individual family member brings skill, personality, and role to the family. Each member has a specific position on our team. As a whole, the family shares a history and goals, just as the team works together to fulfill our goals. One player may seem more important than others. However, one person cant run the show by themselves. Our family is here to help each other grow as individuals as well as a whole.

We are providing an opportunity for learning, networking, and expressing our talents to a vast array of individuals and communities. CP FAMILY NETWORK is at its growing stage with much promise for the future. Our community reach and network are growing by the day. As a family team, we can help each other advance along the way to promise a secure future for us all. This all depends on our team effort and loyalty. This is your chance to be a part of a unique culture, share your talents and skills, and grow as an individual and member of CP FAMILY NETWORK.

Our past success has been due to the ability of our diverse and talented members to work together productively as a family team. To help ensure that we wont lose this ability as we grow and change, we have a few simple policies and procedures that everyone here needs to follow. We ask that all current and new members familiarize themselves with our Family organization by reading this handbook and referring back to it whenever there are questions. handbook can anticipate every circumstance or question about our guidelines. As CP FAMILY NETWORK continues to grow, the need may arise to revise, supplement or rescind policies or positions of the handbook. CP FAMILY NETWORK reserves the right to make such changes as it deems appropriate, in its sole and absolute discretion. Family members will, of course, be notified of such changes to the handbook as they occur. If there is ever a question as to the interpretation of any matter, you are encouraged to discuss the issue with the CP FAMILY NETWORK Founders/Management.

Founders/Management CP FAMILY NETWORK was established in August 2010 by Matthew Wooten, Belinda Pettinato, Joshua Baker and Jessica Baker. Managers Are responsible for managing a specific division within the CP FAMILY NETWORK. Administrative Assistants Assist the Management in the coordination of various tasks at hand. Artists Produces original art of all kind. Artists help bring color and life to the creative design of the CP FAMILY NETWORKS events and festivals. They are responsible for promoting themselves. CP FAMILY NETWORK and the events and festivals they are involved in. Musicians Mixes, produces or plays live and / or amplified music. Musicians help build and maintain the energy at the CP FAMILY NETWORKS events and festivals. They are responsible for promoting themselves, CP FAMILY NETWORK and the events and festivals they are involved in. Performers Captivates our audience to help enrich their experience at CP FAMILY NETWORKS events and festivals. They are responsible for promoting themselves, CP FAMILY NETWORK and the events and festivals they are involved in. Basic Staff Member We are all basic staff members. Some of us have unique talents greater than others and some have not found theirs yet. Basic Staff are universal members to help assist any situation at hand especially during the events and festivals. They are responsible for promoting the CP FAMILY NETWORK and the events and festivals they are involved in. Every one of these positions within the CP FAMILY NETWORK combined together is crucial to the fulfillment to our Familys goals. Every one of you is a unique individual that have different skills to offer the family team. Read over each position description thoroughly. Some of you might choose more than one position to uphold while others will choose one to dedicate themselves to. Be inspirational To inspire or motivate someone onto their own greatness is one of the greatest gifts you can give. Each and every person has hidden skills, talents, and ideas for which they have hopes and dreams. If we can be just a small part of helping each other and our communities to see the possibilities and to move forward and break the barriers that will give these dreams life. Its up to all of us!

Teamwork The CP FAMILY NETWORKS success is based on the willingness of our members to work together on projects, events and festivals when called for. To ensure that everyone is informed of individual projects you need to be an active Member in our Facebook Group called CP FAMILY NETWORK MEMBERS and / or actively stay in touch with us through telephone or email.

Character We expect each member to conduct him or herself appropriately and professionally whenever dealing with individuals outside the CP FAMILY NETWORK. The actions of an individual member reect back on the organization and all other members. The continued success of CP FAMILY NETWORK is dependent upon our supporters trust, and we are dedicated to preserving that trust. Members owe a duty to CP FAMILY NETWORK and its fan base to act in a way that will merit the continued trust and confidence in the Communities we work in. The use of good judgment, based on high ethical principles, will guide you with respect to lines of acceptable conduct. If a situation arises where it is difficult to determine the proper course of action, the matter should be openly discussed with the management.

Personal Data Changes It is your responsibility to promptly notify CP FAMILY NETWORK via email of any changes in your personal data such as: Personal Mailing Addresses Telephone Numbers Individuals to be contacted in the event of an emergency Artist and/or Performer Press Kit updates and accomplishments Other status reports and information relevant to CP FAMILY NETWORK

Communication It is important to fully express your feelings, your needs and the concerns for other individuals and situations in and within our network to the CP Management immediately. If you are unable to fulfill your position please notify us right away. We understand that life can get very busy and that can take away from your dedication to the CP Family Network. We will find a way to accommodate to both of our needs.

You may work with other companies and EDM organizations as long as you satisfactorily perform your job responsibilities with CP FAMILY NETWORK. This means that you are required to be present and perform 100% at the shows and festivals that you are a part of through the CP FAMILY NETWORK. All Artists, Musicians and Performers will be expected to have a CP FAMILY NETWORK STAMP connected to their name if involved with other events within the EDM Community outside the family. We will provide you with 2 Logos and the link to the website www.controlledpremonitions.net for other event organizers / promoters to choose within your press kit for their promotions. At the very least you are expected to have the website or the phrase CP FAMILY NETWORK under your name on event pages and internet promotions! All members will be expected to uphold the same guidelines of expectations and will be subject to CP FAMILY NETWORKS scheduling demands, regardless of any existing work requirements. If outsourcing yourself to other Event organizers, promoters and individuals within the EDM Community causes an adverse impact on CP FAMILY NETWORK or a conflict of interest arises, you may be placed back on the introductory period or terminated. If your outside work within the EDM Community interferes with performance or the ability to meet your membership requirements, you may be asked to terminate that outside arrangement if you wish to remain an active member with CP FAMILY NETWORK. All outside employment cannot be work that directly or indirectly competes with CP FAMILY NETWORK. This includes disclosing any of CP FAMILY NETWORKS Confidential Information and Ideas with ANY outside source.

The protection of confidential information and operation secrets is vital to the interests and the success of CP FAMILY NETWORK. Such confidential information includes, but is not limited to, the following examples:

pending projects event ideas / strategies business and financial information artists, performers, vendors, supporters and members information

Members who improperly use or disclose operation secrets or confidential business information will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of membership and legal action, even if they do not actually benefit from the disclosed information. Disclosure of information can also be criminal in many cases and could be addressed directly by the courts and legal system.

ALL MEMBERS of the CP FAMILY NETWORK will receive benefits for the events and festivals they are involved in. Each member will receive: free admission to all the CP FAMILY NETWORKS Events and Festivals t-shirt for the event or festival when printed special privileges such as Crew Badges and Access to the Backstage Area and VIP Area free non alcoholic drinks and snacks while supplies last private CP FAMILY ACCESS to special functions (example: photo shoot we are providing for all members on April 15, 2012).

Everyone likes to make a little extra cash. Here are a few ways we can help each other profit. Commission All members have a chance to earn a commission from their CP FAMILY NETWORK Promotions. (example: vending, selling tickets) Pay Once we start making money, our family members will start making money. This will depend on the members involvement and / or investment during the growth of the CP FAMILY NETWORK. Page 6

Expenses We will reimburse members for reasonable expenses incurred in the conduct of business, providing prior approval has been obtained from the CP MANAGMENT.

There are also Advanced Benefits for certain members depending on their role within the family during their involvement in a CP FAMILY NETWORK event or festival. If you are a Musician, you will receive a +1 guest on the guest list to any of the events you are performing at. You will also receive vast promotions through our network. We will get your name out there as far as we can get it. If you are an Artist / Vendor / Performer you will be automatically approved to vend at any of the events with paying a discounted vendors fee. We accept barter exchanges from Family Members. You will also receive vast promotions through our network. We will get your name out there as far as we can get it. If you are a Manager you will receive 5% of CP FAMILY MANAGEMENTS profits from the events or festivals you are involved in. Managers will have a leadership position in their division in the CP FAMILY NETWORK.

The introductory period gives you the opportunity to demonstrate your ability to achieve a satisfactory level performance to evaluate capabilities, work habits, public relations and overall performance to determine your position in the CP FAMILY NETWORK. CP FAMILY NETWORK or you may end the membership at will during the introductory period, with or without causes or advance notice. All new and re-established members work on an introductory period for the first 90 calendar days including your role in a CP FAMILY NETWORK Festival as a CP FAMILY NETWORK Basic Member. This means that your introductory period might be extended after 90 calendar days if no current CP FAMILY NETWORK Festivals are going on within your introductory period. All Current Members will be undergoing their own introductory period from April 30th September 30th 2012. Upon satisfactory completion of your introductory period, you will enter or remain in the basic, artist, performer and/or management member positions that you are interested in fulfilling.
