As early as Saturday September 24, 2011, I provided all parties concerned with my physical address!

I did so by e-mail, by certified mail (for which I have copies of receipts) and by posting on the Internet! How can attorney Jeff Slothower state to the Court on October 11, 2011: I objected because he did not provide a service address for Mr. Leclezio! (See P.3 of Document #26)

Darland et al vs. Snoqualmie Pass Utility District

Dear most Honorable Judge Cooper,

Would you please issue an order that all documents produced or filed with the Court in this case since December 21, 2010 be made available to me in due form before this case can proceed.

On September 9, 2011, Julin McBride received a notice dated September 6, 2011, from J Slothower representing Darland to advise that a hearing in the case is scheduled on October 11, 2011.

Yet, on August 19, 2011 Julin McBride advised all parties that he no longer represents me.

Therefore there has been no legal service on me personally or any one representing me concerning this proposed hearing!

I learnt a week later from a mail forwarded to me on September 16, 2011 (without any comments attached) from McBride that a hearing was scheduled on October 11, 2011. I could only open the small 30.6 KB doc attached by McBride as my slow dial up connection does not allow me to open the 13.5 MB file also attached among others.

After an examination of the files already before the Court, I am confident that the Court will recognize, just like I do, that Michael L. Darland has been scheming for years on how to eventually defraud me of my property. I am not the first to be defrauded by Darland.

My health is up and down. When I feel weak, I tend to think: Let Darland steal it all In the end any more of his ill gotten property will not benefit him.

When I feel better, I think: I have invested way too much time and money to abandon it all to such a ruthless rogue My children and my family deserve more effort than that from me And, for their sake I care! Then, I want to muster the necessary strength to see to it that true justice prevails.

An attorney friend may represent me after being given the opportunity to review the documents produced to Slothower by McBride on December 21, 2010. I have been promised copies of those documents by Julin McBride since December 2010. I am still waiting!

Furthermore, we have the legal right to be served all papers in due and readily readable form and Slothower has the legal duty to serve me personally in legal and due form the documents pertaining to his proposed October hearing before that hearing can be held.

In the absence of a legal representative at present, I will accept service by certified mail. I will be back at my usual home address: Louis Leclezio, Allee Tamarin, Rodrigues Island via The Republic of Mauritius on or about January 31, 2012. I will be moving around staying with family and friends for some extra support, comfort and tender loving care especially during the upcoming holiday season.

Facts and compelling evidence will show that Darland has deliberately delayed this justice process for years. In the interest of true justice, a few more months would be well in order.
