That the capital investment of the partners shall be equal according to the requirement of the partnership business, which may further be increased or decreased

That the bank account of the company shall be open in the name of company in HBL (if required Bank can be change by consent of all partners) which will be operated by the all partners singly or jointly.

LOAN:
That the partners shall be authorized to get loan from the Banks, Loaning Agencies or from other persons in the name of the company providing mortgage or other securities against the properties of the company( by mutual consent of members) And such loans shall always be utilized for the purpose of the business of the company
12. DISPUTES:
That all the disputes relating to partnership business shall be decided by an Arbitrator "Mr.OMAR IJAZ" (has been appointed by the mutual consent of all the partners) whose decision shall be final and binding on all the partners.
13. DISSOLUTION:

Today's society is often characterized as an information society. Technological developments, particularly in the areas of computers and telecommunications have fundamentally changed the character of the modern organization. The smart card is one of the latest additions to the world of information technology. So our company SMART TECH launches a project of multi-purpose student smart card for an education sector in MULTAN and first time in BZU University. Smart Card is an innovative, convenient pre-paid Student multi-purpose smart card. Because of Smart Card, Students can easily access to all the facility of university with the help of one swipe. Our smart Techs company office is located in pace n pace tower upper floor. Why student smart card: Student ID Smartcards are keys to the campus so it is essential that every student has one. While acting as photographic ID, Student ID Smartcards also hold Smart technology which allows students to access areas of the university "Student Smart Card" can combine many applications of university as a total solution. Most importantly the security of universities will increase as the Student Smart card will be used as an access control device, securing exit/entry points. For example, access to computer labs, student dorms and recreational areas The University can know exactly how many people and who is in each building, or class. If there is an emergency situation, precautions can be taken immediately and thoroughly.
Applicability:
All students, employees, and University affiliates are eligible for a Smart Card... They are not available for faculty residents, guests, vendors, or spouses of University affiliates. Only the person pictured on the card is authorized to use the card. Cards are not transferable from one person to another. It is a swipe card so student has swipe the card with the help of the readers at the spot; readers verify the card and with the help of this student can gain the easy access to the services.

Recruitment program is carried out on yearly basis. We prefer to hire experts For this we go for internal recruiting first then look for external sources and We give advertisement in all famous newspapers as well as on our website. Administer and monitor the financial system in order to ensure that the company's finances are maintained in an accurate and timely manner Administer employee files and records in order to ensure accurate payment of benefits and allowances Failure to provide adequate services may result in lost or misused revenues, inaccurate financial statements and financial mismanagement for employees. Also the purchasing is done by the accounting and finance department but under the supervision of admin with permitted by CEO.

WORKING METHOD

After the submission of smart card application form to department administration along with smart card registration fee and fresh photograph, smart card management will start the further process. After receiving the smart card application form, smart card server operator will fill up the system data base form of the registration. Data will be verified from the department administration online. After the completion of the initial process, management will forward it for next further process like printing of card etc. After the printing of card it will be activated from the card server through his card number.

There will be no chances to repetition of the students data during the data entry, because visual basic & data base provide the key.

Violations:
Extending your access rights by lending your card to someone else, helping other people to get in tampering with access control hardware and surveillance devices will be considered a serious violation. This will result in the immediate deactivation of smart card rights and confiscation of your ID along with fines up to Rs 10,000, not limited in case of theft and damage to University property e.g. access control hardware, surveillance cameras etc. Serious violations of the policy will be referred directly to the appropriate authorities. The penalties may be as severe as suspension or dismissal from the University.
Website provides the introduction of organization and its services. There will be website to control and to create links among user of smart card and the smart card web server. This web will be launch on a specific server having name www.smarttechs.org

There will all relevant and possible information will be mention on the website. Web will contain our organizational structure and procedure will be mentioned. Student has an option to contact with the web controller for any information and feedback.
Smart management will issue a specific user id and password to the student, by which student can easily access to HEC digital library and other relevant records. All the links will be attached with the log in process, as the student will log in, he will be automatically connected with the smart card server. Through logging in student can transfer his cash to pay the department dues and can get access to the department library for the reservation of books. The major facility for the student is that now he is able to get free access to HEC digital library to download the articles from the journals. Web operator will be present there for any assistance of the students. Link of smart card website will also be provided on the website of the department. As the student will click on the department website link, web will be automatically open and student can join us.

To create the link of smart card with United Bank limited Pakistan, under given process will be conducted: Presentation should be conducted about smart card introduction and operational plans Working limitation of card should be identified Required documentation should be processed Procedure will be conducted for the approval of Stat Bank of Pakistan by the United Bank Ltd. Pakistan. After the approval from State Bank, a contract will be made between UBL and Smart Tech. The purpose of this contract is to prepare & follow the organizational terms & conditions and service charges. Banks accounts of the department and smart tech will be opened. Procedure of online banking with department and smart tech will be conducted. UBL will provide a local branch link to the smart tech, which will be connected with department server and smart tech server. Prototype of CARD:

Operational plan Access to HEC Digital library Free access can be provided to user to the website of smart card named as www.smarttechs.org A specific user id & password will be provided to the card holder. Smart card web server will be connected 24 hours with the main server through the Public IP Having a specific address.
As the user will be logging in though the user id & password from the website, he will be connected with smart card server. After connecting the web he will be freely access to HEC digital library through specific university website.

All the downloaded or uploaded data will be provided to the user though the smart card server through software.
Canteen & photo copy shop payments All the financial transactions among students and canteen or photocopy shop will be through the card. There will be online record of the whole transactions & credit facility will be provided up to limit of security deposited.
Swipe machine will be placed at shopping point like canteen & photo copy shop, which will be connected with the smart card server through a web link.
When student will place the order & by swiping card above data base will appear on the point server, through swiping the card amount will be deducted from student account & transferred to relevant account. In case of credit the amount will be recorded

in the student account as a red entry. As the amount of credit will paid, it will be automatically transferred to the relevant account.
Smart card in library Students have a facility to issue book from the department library with the help of smart card. Books detail will be provide on the smart card website, and student will be facilitating through online booking by smart card id. Next day he can issue book from the library by swiping card in swipe machine which should be link with the point server & card server. By swiping card under given data base will appear:
Books detail will be appear here and student can be easily access required book. In case of booking through smart web, student can be in position to issue the book as under given process:
Through above given process book will be issue & in case of returning the book under given process will be use: as the student will swipe the card this data base will appear.

In case of late returning of book, librarian will have an authority to charge the amount of fine from the student account. The amount will be transferred to the department account. Smart card in administration department There will be a link of smart card with the administration of the department, where a student can get information or any document (letters) online. The entire fee, fine, scholarship, reward or any other financial transaction will be through smart card. Therefore all the transaction will be computerized recorded. Receiving of information or letters will be through the web by logging in with user id and password & payment of fee or receiving of scholarship will be through swiping the card on machine which will be placed at admin. As the student will swipe the card, data base will appear as under:
Students have a facility to access own academic record from the examination branch of the department administration by logging in through his user id & password. He also has option to get a copy for print.

If student required any document from the department, have an option to send request to the relevant administrator. After further process required document will be forward to the student through its account. Payments of department will be also through smart card, as the student will be swipe the card official administrator have an authority to debit the amount of fee from card. This debited amount will be credited to department account which will be already online with UBL local branch. In case of scholarship, amount will be transferred into the student smart card account. Smart card link with United Bank Ltd To deal the financial transaction between student and department, smart card will also be connected with UBL. Student can deposit his amount in his account through the bank. Bank branch will be specified for the card holder to deposit the account. Department will also online with the bank. To deposit the amount in account presence of card will be compulsory; its depositing procedure will be like UBL WIZ Card. In case of scholarship, the amount will be transfer to the student account from the department account. For this head of department will issue a cherub or a letter. After registration of the student for creating the card link with bank, card number and all relevant information will be sent to the relevant branch.

Marketing plan is very important in any organization. Marketing strategy is used to evaluate and increasing the customer and increasing the sale.

Our target markets are the education sectors to promote the easier to access electronic services in the students .Because our main concern is to promote the IT services in shape of student facilities like bank , library cafeteria and other services to the students of universities and even colleges or in schools in near future.

When target market is selected then we can use pull strategy of marketing. We can motivate the consumers by, Visits to universities Briefing to the officials and management. Feedback from students. Surveys Firstly we visit the university ,explore the environment basically time is very important for everyone so like in foreign countries specially designed smart card for students are given to the students with multi-purpose features . So our company also helps the universities to give the same service for students. Then we give the briefing about the services to the officials and management of the university. Receive feedback from students first. Obviously its all about students so students are the main concern for us and what kind of difficulties they have facing for these kind of services in manual. Create awareness about the it solutions in this fast growing era so we also give presentations to student bodies to aware the fast services of smart card. We make surveys of universities because of the growing need of this trend.
MARKET RESEARCH:
The company has its own unique method of market research to increase our sales. Our market research system has We study the market and makes outlines. Now its become the growing need in Pakistan because of the growing IT culture so every student especially in universities, smart card services become an urgent need. Client satisfaction surveys are made, where we give the demo about the product services in detail and how it works, technically and practically. We requested to our clients for the feedback. We have a team that take or collect feedback from our clients that are necessary for the future plans we are made.

Malfunctioning becomes the great hazard in case we prepare recovery plan for recovering student data so for client satisfaction we include this service free of cost. The most important things are readers for the functioning of smart card or terminals that are link up with the main frame so we can provide best company made readers, so for this first we also import the gadgets. In future we will introduce our own software for the smart card services that ensure the more prominent services at one platform. According to the research on education institution the main problem is attendance problems so it can also be solved in a near future by attendance checker via smart card interference.

As our product is E-purse (student smart card), before starting our product, we noticed the increasing demand of our target market. We provide variety of services link up to our target market. Our company is Smart Techs located very near to universities and other academic institutions, so easily access is possible which reduces the cost and time. We also grant card warranty to our clients. In case of any difficulty we link up student tutorial services for smart card with a university website with a tab so student can easily access to their balance and record. Service charges can be charge by us for every facility use by a student
Price
Our product price is RS 1000 for the first time usage. A most prominent feature of the this student smart card is the way a student can pay the semester fee and cafeteria bills etc with this card so a student can also deposit the money on the smart card via their account on the website, student can also transfer funds via online transaction thorough bank .University have two banks HBL AND UBL so if a student have accounts on the banks he or she easily transfer their funds on the card and pay their dues by using the card
Promotion
Our sale is promoted due to our efficient sale force and advertising media. We are enhancing our business by direct consumer survey ensure the management with a quick services and facilitations and banners display on our each target place like in institutions. Our marketing department is playing vital role in promoting our business.
Place
Good choice of place is convenient for us and our target market. We have chosen the place which is a hub of institutions so in MULTAN we choose the GULGASHT COLONY for our main office .Most of the institutions private or government located near this place so we want to build a strong relation with our clients.

We follow the govt policies as we have good public relation. The students itself are involved in a variety of programs and they help us in providing latest information According to our interest we gain information from the students what they need. And our companys image and goodwill will enhanced due to good public relation we think.
Personal selling
Basically our whole business is the point of personal selling in the start because we itself contact with the institutions like first time we introduced our smart in BZU university MULTAN so there is a lot of taste of personal selling involved or in the near future we enhanced our interest to more development.
Point of sale
We have a one point of sale now in our main one office basically cards are issued from the university itself but university will have to contact first with us and we gave the deadline for a delivery so our delivery van itself delivered the required cards on the set date for any inconvenience management call us .
Packaging
Smart card is made of thick plastic so to prevent the card it is sealed with a packing of Transparent shield that prevent the card from damage .In case of damage we replace the card with minimum fee of Rs 500 per card.
Competitor: The only competitor is LAHORE SMART CARDS technologies working in the same area of interest but targeting multiple sectors.

SWOT ANALYSIS
This is done to know about the internal factors that are involved in making better or bad to business unit. These factors are as under:
1. Strength:
The strength of our project of STUDENT SMART CARD is the unique features that our company introducing for the first time in university. Our product and services our main strength that differentiate us from other.
2. Weakness:
The weakness can be of our project. i. The main failure is the electricity breakdown, as Pakistan is facing serious energy crises so any breakdown can become a hurdle in a great interest of services of smart card. ii. If there is no proper management guideline for a student by a university to handle the services it can fail our project. iii. If there is no proper automatic system due to negligence or carelessness then it also become the weakness of the business. iv. Our project needs a great amount of experts for handling the main frame linkage with terminals small carelessness can become a hurdle in services. v. vi. Wrong use of a card like credit card swapping can decrease a point of interest The main hurdles in implementing this are the main weakness of the whole project.

The opportunity of our project can be availed is that? i. It is opportunity for our business is that it is an entrepreneurial idea and this is not exist in the market before now, so it become opportunity for our project to avail this chance that is new and for the first time before now. ii. It is also opportunity that there is no direct competitor up till now and this entrepreneurial business has a chance to exist or monopolies our products in the market.
4. Threat:
I. This business has a threat that after starting the business there should remain the threat that any competition may be come in the market and starts compete its and its products and become its rival. Just like most of the companies open and introducing this kind of services for departmental stores like SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS ii. And also threat after seeing rival in market that he may start to compete prices after using pricing strategies.
CONCLUSION:
After SWOT analysis of a project we conclude that this business may be become useful for us because its strength is more than weakness and weakness can be overcome by proper planning & proper management and this business become more profitable for people and owner, too. Our business will gain hike by targeting other sectors.

1) Political factors:
Current political situation in Pakistan is not so good. There is instability in it, Political instability can affect the services, like due to in availability of vice chancellor in BZU university is facing serious funds problems and might be in future university will also facing such kinds of problems so these factors can affect the services and disturb the setup.

Inflation ( due to inflation cost of raw material increases that effect the overall cost ) Cost ( cost can increase the burden on the students to bear costly services) Competition in near future

Theft ( in case of theft and wrong use one can easily block the service ) but they affect our service.
Smart card can also use for donation in social causes like by using the card one can easily donate funds in accounts like in BZU (IMS) introduces a cause of MUMKIN KAR so student easily donate the funds by using the card .
4) Technological factors:
Change in technology As our company uses the latest technology of smart card but technology is changing day by day so due to lack of funds we can face serious deficit that can affect our performance.

Want to get maximum services so there is threat of new entrants in this field. Bargaining power of buyer Bargaining power of the buyer is low because university has to bear the fixed charges of services we offer so there is low chance of bargaining power from buyer side Bargaining power of supplier Bargaining power of the suppliers is high because they can increase the raw material prices or may be due to import taxes machinery can b taken on higher prices etc. . . . The initial startup cost is Rs 520150 and covers the initial expenses (office supplies, rent, lawyer, banking, telephone, internet, insurance cost, etc). The monthly money reserves consist of salary, rent, utilities, banking, etc. which totaled to Rs224200. When added, it is a total of Rs744350; all of these numbers is what the company needs in order to progress. Each of the six founders ROHAIL MEHMOOD, HAFIZ AWAIS, MUNEER HUSSAIN, ABDUL SHAKOOR, MAHWISH RASHID, and IFRAH SYED will all put in Rs50, 000 from their savings. The rest of the money needed will come from a bank lender, which they will borrow Rs 444350, in return they will be able to invest in Smart Card. The first two months of our business will not be making profit, January and February will spend more money on expenses than total income because the company is just starting off. As soon as March begins, we will slowly make more profit, almost doubling each month. Our cash flow shows the money received from the business. The cash flow reveals that the company is making 50% profits and that the net profit after six month is Rs 352450; showing that Smart Card is and will be a success.

1) Shortage of Electricity :
As PAKISTAN is facing serious electricity shortages now a days, so in order to cope with such problems as our product completely in technical form so we arrange ups and generator supply for our equipment and also use the institute generator for emergency action.
2) Backup plan :
In case, if data of the student will lost due to any other reason we have made a recovery plan for the backup of all the relevant information about the student .For any inconvenience about the working of the smart card we offer backup plans.
3) Malfunctioning:
Due to wrong use of the card it can be malfunction and interrupt the whole system, so for this an emergency reset of the main server will solve the problem.

According to our survey this is growing need of education sectors today.
