Goals of module:

What are individuals (active or non-active youth) going to get from this
module?
1. Youth leaders gain practical leadership skills.
2. Youth leaders can use these skills in youth work as well as in their
future career.
3. Youth leaders learn to evaluate their owns and others efficiency as
leaders.
4. Youth leaders get their leader's profile (evaluations of other leaders)
which helps them to identify fields of their possible further personal
growth.
What are youth organisations going to get from this module?
5. Teams in youth organisation communicate and work better.
6. Image of organisation is connected to the world of business.
7. Personal growth of its youth leaders.
8. Activity can be used as funny and rewarding element.

Description of desired target group (age, level, function, needs,...):

Youth leaders on nearly every level (beginners to experienced) – but the


method should be carefully re-designed for every specific target group.
Leaders of groups or teams; Managers in youth organisations.

Participants should know each other at least a little bit.

Learning objectives:
1. Participants know competences of youth leader.
2. Participants reflect their personal competences and identify where
they have to grow more.
3. Participants learn how to work in team.
4. Participants learn differences between youth leader and leader in a
business team.

Other remarks:

Game consists of 8 teambuildings. All of them together should cover the


whole specter of youth leader competencies (communication, creativity,
responsability, devotion, planning, crisis management…)
In the phase of debriefing after every teambuilding team members
evaluate each other on the field of specific competences.
After the whole game every participants gets his/her own printed leader's
profile.
