Goals of module:

What are individuals (active or non-active youth) going to get from this
module?
1. Active young people realize the meaning of evaluation and
communication.
2. Through realizing reached learning objectives young people give
voluntary work a higher value.
3. Through various certificates active young people become aware of
their gained skills and connect them with their future career.
What are youth organisations going to get from this module?
4. Orgaisation has tools for evaluations of team, work, learning,
atmosphere etc.
5. Organisation has templates of certificates for raising self-
consciousnes and motivation of its members.
6. Organisation has good image in connection with employment and
getting skills.

Tools

Methodology (in which way are we going to satisfy the goals?)

We are going to publish folder with basic theory (15-25 p.) and concrete
tools (55-65 p.)

Tools are going to include:

• evaluation forms,
• certificates, diplomas.

Various evaluation forms will be produced for these purposes:

• reflection (feelings, personalities,…)
• project work (diferent phases of project),
• evaluation of workshop or training,
• evaluation of teamwork (personal roles of individuals, team
atmosphere,, formal roles,…)
• evaluation of learning outcomes.

Basic theory will include:

• difference between feedback and evaluation,
• steps of making evaluation,
• how to use tools,
• part about certificating skills.

Other remarks:

In january partner organisations will be consulted and invited to

contribute. We are going to send them table of contents and list of ideas
for evaluation & certification and they will append their ideas.
