Machine description
Automated machine for filling and sealing bottles built in monoblock way is suitable for filling beverages or water not containing CO2. The machine is steeled for filling bottles but can be changed to fill plastic bottles as well in short time and with low costs. The basic construction is selfsupporting welded frame standing on height regulated legs. Torques are transfered to drive wheels over rotating plate of the machine. The main drive is mounted on the basic frame of the oblique table. ARCOR GmbH Angebots-Nr.: 12029.01 Seite 9 von 22 Seiten

GESCHFTSBEREICH TECHNOLOGIES The table is made of stainless material (hygienic zone) and bevelled so that beverage rests can flow off and possible crocks fall down from the table. multiFILL filling machine fills according to gravity principle with short tube mechanical valves placed downside. Inlet conveyer belt transports bottles to hygienic plate of front table. This table is composed of inlet spiral, inlet and oulet star and conductor. Using blocking star in conjunction with stop switch or lack of bottles the flow can be regulated before or after the filling machine. Inlet spiral isolates bottles and conveys them to inlet star. Bottles are transfered from inlet star directly onto the lifting cylinder and pushed to filling valve. After the filling process the filled bottle is conveyed by the oulet star from the lifting cylinder to the sealing machine. Forming parts are adapted to be used for partcular bottle type and must be changed when bottle type changes. Forming parts change is simple and can be done in a short time. Sorting spiral and conductors are made of high endurance plastics with little wear out. The set parts are colour marked and equipped with number of bottle type. The machine is in series equipped with the capability of height regulation of the upper filler part. Inlet pipes of returning air can be changed quickly and simply using special device for quick change. Ring channel is composed of one chambers, involving medium and CIP channel. The channel where medium flows and is closed by screws can be easily opened. Channel supply with filling medium goes over medium distributor. Filling machine is equipped with automated crocks removal by squirting. The client must assure water pressure of at least 3 bars. Pipes of returning air can be changed quickly and simply using a special device for quick change. The filler can be steam treated with steam pressure of 0,5 bar and temperature max. 110 Using cleaning domes C. the filler can also be used for closed CIP cleaning. In that case the cleaning goes in the opposite direction through filling pipes, over valves, medium channel and main medium conductor. In the cleaning process all parts, come into contact with product are included.

2.4. AUTOMATIC LABELLING MACHINE, TYPE HOTMATIC

Standard equipment:
Capacity: up to 10,000 labels / h. wrap around paper label Hot Glue 10 positions on bottle desk 600 mm bottle desk The automatic labeling machine type: Hotmatic is intended for labeling with hot glue (about 150 C) on the full extent of the wrapping. The labeling machine has a rotating design with two independent glueing systems. The first of the two units passes over the rotating bottle on the glueing part in vertical strip (approx. 10 mm), but then takes the bottle itself and the label directly from the magazine. By constantly rotating on its axis winds the bottle the label around itself before the bottle rotates the label over a full 360 and before it has drawn the label completely from the magazine smeared the second unit at the end of the label with glue (cca . 10 mm). After covering the label edges and were coated with adhesive, the final roll of the label is on the bottle. After labeling, the bottle is taken over by the main star, which they passed to the outlet strip, which they then runs the machine. The heating is by means of adhesive heater and the possibility of temperature adjusting in each unit for itself. The electrical installation and automation based on PLC - SIEMENS S7 and the control unit (touch panel) TP-177-5, 7 "(electric control box and control cabinet are mounted on the machine). This ensures complete control of the machine operation and associated conveyor belts is available. The machine drive is equipped with screw drive and is powered by FRM with transformers, and this is also controlled by a process unit, which ensures a quiet and perfect function of the system. The control cabinet is completely made of stainless materials and equipped with an installed control voltage 24 V DC. incl. bottle and label change parts for the 500 ml PET- bottle (probably to examination of the samples)

CIP

consisting of: 2 containers of lye and hot water capacity 2000 liters 1 CIP-flow pump 1 heat exchanger for steam 3 - 5 bar 1 panel for switching cycle / CIP supply / fresh water 1 base plate for receiving the said parts 1 control for manual operation

The compact CIP units allow an easy and cost effective cleaning circuit for mixer and filler. All parts are mounted on a common frame which makes it easy to place it in any bottling plant. Number and capacity of the tanks can be adapted to your individual requirements. For the control we offer simple manual controls as well as fully automatic systems. The tanks for caustic, hot water and possibly acid, the pump, a heat-exchanger and the panel for supply and return are mounted on a common frame. Using the water connection the tanks are filled with water. Afterwards one tank after the other is heated to the desired temperature by switching the valves to heating in circulation. While the circulation is running the required cleaning agents can be added. When the desired temperature has been reached the circulation is stopped and the supply to the mixer is connected. The return from the filler has to be connected to the tank chosen for the cleaning step. The cleaning process starts by switching on the pump. Now one of the tanks, the mixer and the filler build a closed circuit. The capacity and the pressure of the pump are designed in such a way that the required flow rate is reached and the pressure drops in mixer and filler are covered. After the desired cleaning period is finished the pump is stopped and the next step begins by connecting another tank. This way the complete cleaning program runs with all cleaning agents required. To rinse mixer and filler, fresh water is connected directly to the supply. The CIP plant is cleaned by recirculation using the spray balls built into the tanks. For manual plants the described steps are followed by connecting swing bends and switching the corresponding valves. Fully automatic systems have a memory for the cleaning programs so that only the required one has to be chosen and started
