Requirements for Auditions Before or at the audition Submit the Individual Data Form Submit a signed, dated parental permission to audition form Come prepared with proper attire, shoes, hair back off face and neck, no jewelry, and a GREAT ATTITUDE. After the audition Submit a copy of your most recent grade report Submit the signed, dated signature page from the Dance Company Contract that contains the rules and regulations by which the program is governed. Agree to schedule the dance class in which you are placed. Students not enrolled in the appropriate class level will not be allowed to participate in the program. Maintain a 2.5 GPA.
